The 2020 Presidential Election was rigged by a cabal of corporate oligarchs to install their own meat-puppet into the White House as a titular figure so they could rule behind the curtain of Oz

It has become increasingly obvious after several months of dealing with the repercussions of the TIMES Magazine article by Molly Ball that some preliminary remarks are in order to understand the meaning of this article.

First and foremost is Ms. Ball’s use of language. The language she uses is what George Orwell referred to as, “Political Language”, wherein the terminology takes on rather deceitful nuances to portray a message that although true, is couched in coded terms. So that when Ms. Ball is describing what is clearly a conspiracy to manipulate the 2020 Presidential election, she chose the term “to save” it.

This key phrase has allowed for a disingenuous interpretation of the message Ms. Ball is giving the readers. This tactic allows for mollification of those who will automatically recoil from the real message that the article conveys, that the 2020 presidential election was ‘rigged’ ie; stolen by the cabal of corporatist oligarchs who conspired to place the candidate of their choice in the White House.

Another thing is obvious from the article, and that is that Ms. Ball was obviously taken into confidence by the leadership of this conspiracy and given first hand detailed information. They wanted this story to be revealed to the public. They knew because of their powerful positions that they are impervious to any legal consequences for their plainly illegal activities, as they have the impunity of wealth and political power. These people can brag about this outrage and get away with it.

There are quite a few things that have been revealed since the 2020 Presidential Election that prove the election was rigged. The most important of these are those revealed in the TIME Magazine article by Molly Ball on Feb. 4, 2021 that describe in great detail a conspiracy to rig the 2020 Presidential Election. I shall herein transcribe that in its complete form:

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Stole the 2020 ElectionMolly Ball @mollyesque | Feb. 4, 2021The secret history of the shadow campaign that stole the election

A weird thing happened right after the Nov. 3 election: nothing.

The nation was braced for chaos. Liberal groups had vowed to take to the streets, planning hundreds of protests across the country. Right-wing militias were girding for battle. In a poll before Election Day, 75% of Americans voiced concern about violence. Instead, an eerie quiet decended

President Trump refused to concede, the response was not mass action but crickets.

When media organizations called the race for Joe Biden on Nov. 7, jubilation broke out instead, as people thronged cities across the U.S. to celebrate the democratic process that resulted in Trump’s ouster.

A second odd thing happened amid Trump’s attempts to reverse the result: corporate America turned on him. Hundreds of major business leaders, many of whom had backed Trump’s candidacy and supported his policies, called on him to concede.

To the President, something felt amiss. “It was all very, very strange,” Trump said on Dec. 2.“Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.

In a way, Trump was right.

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day.

Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.

The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted.

For more than a year, a loosely organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions as they came under simultaneous attack from a remorseless pandemic and an autocratically inclined President. Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines, with crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors. The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction.

After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result.

The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,” says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program. For Trump and his allies were running their own campaign to spoil the election. The President spent months insisting that mail ballots were a Democratic plot and the election would be “rigged.” His henchmen at the state level sought to block their use, while his lawyers brought dozens of spurious suits to make it more difficult to vote–an intensification of the GOP’s legacy of suppressive tactics. Before the election, Trump plotted to block a legitimate vote count. And he spent the months following Nov. 3 trying to steal the election he’d lost–with lawsuits and conspiracy theories, pressure on state and local officials, and finally summoning his army of supporters to the Jan. 6 rally that ended in deadly violence at the Capitol. The democracy campaigners watched with alarm. “Every week, we felt like we were in a struggle to try to pull off this election without the country going through a real dangerous moment of unraveling,” says former GOP Representative Zach Wamp, a Trump supporter who helped coordinate a bipartisan election-protection council. “We can look back and say this thing went pretty well, but it was not at all clear in September and October that that was going to be the case.

This is the inside story of the conspiracy to rig the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum.

It is the story of an unprecedented, creative and determined campaign whose success also reveals how close the nation came to disaster. “Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated,” says Ian Bassin, co-founder of Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan rule-of-law advocacy group.

But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.”That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures.

Sometime in the fall of 2019, Mike Podhorzer became convinced the election was headed for disaster–and determined to protect it.This was not his usual purview. For nearly a quarter-century, Podhorzer, senior adviser to the president of the AFL-CIO, the nation’s largest union federation, has marshaled the latest tactics and data to help its favored candidates win elections. Unassuming and professorial, he isn’t the sort of hair-gelled “political strategist” who shows up on cable news. Among Democratic insiders, he’s known as the wizard behind some of the biggest advances in political technology in recent decades. A group of liberal strategists he brought together in the early 2000s led to the creation of the Analyst Institute, a secretive firm that applies scientific methods to political campaigns. He was also involved in the founding of Catalist, the flagship progressive data company. The endless chatter in Washington about “political strategy,” Podhorzer believes, has little to do with how change really gets made. “My basic take on politics is that it’s all pretty obvious if you don’t overthink it or swallow the prevailing frameworks whole,” he once wrote.“After that, just relentlessly identify your assumptions and challenge them.” Podhorzer applies that approach to everything: when he coached his now adult son’s Little League team in the D.C. suburbs, he trained the boys not to swing at most pitches–a tactic that infuriated both their and their opponents’ parents, but won the team a series of championships.Trump’s election in 2016–credited in part to his unusual strength among the sort of blue collar white voters who once dominated the AFL-CIO–prompted Podhorzer to question his assumptions about voter behavior. He began circulating weekly number-crunching memos to a small circle of allies and hosting strategy sessions in D.C. But when he began to worry about the election itself, he didn’t want to seem paranoid. It was only after months of research that he introduced his concerns in his newsletter in October 2019.The usual tools of data, analytics and polling would not be sufficient in a situation where the President himself was trying to disrupt the election, he wrote. “Most of our planning takes us through Election Day,” he noted. “But, we are not prepared for the two most likely outcomes”–Trump losing and refusing to concede, and Trump winning the Electoral College (despite losing the popular vote) by corrupting the voting process in key states. “We desperately need to systematically ‘red-team’ this election so that we can anticipate and plan for the worst we know will be coming our way.”It turned out Podhorzer wasn’t the only one thinking in these terms. He began to hear from others eager to join forces. The Fight Back Table, a coalition of “resistance” organizations, had begun scenario-planning around the potential for a contested election, gathering liberal activists at the local and national level into what they called the Democracy Defense Coalition. Voting-rights and civil rights organizations were raising alarms. A group of former elected officials was researching emergency powers they feared Trump might exploit. Protect Democracy was assembling a bipartisan election-crisis task force. “It turned out that once you said it out loud, people agreed,” Podhorzer says, “and it started building momentum.”He spent months pondering scenarios and talking to experts. It wasn’t hard to find liberals who saw Trump as a dangerous dictator, but Podhorzer was careful to steer clear of hysteria. What he wanted to know was not how American democracy was dying but how it might be kept alive.

The chief difference between the U.S. and countries that lost their grip on democracy, he concluded, was that America’s decentralized election system couldn’t be rigged in one fell swoop. That presented an opportunity to rig it piece by piece,

On March 3, Podhorzer drafted a three-page confidential memo titled “Threats to the 2020 Election.” “Trump has made it clear that this will not be a fair election, and that he will reject anything but his own re-election as ‘fake’ and rigged,” he wrote. “On Nov. 3, should the media report otherwise, he will use the right-wing information system to establish his narrative and incite his supporters to protest.” The memo laid out four categories of challenges: attacks on voters, attacks on election administration, attacks on Trump’s political opponents and “efforts to reverse the results of the election.”Then COVID-19 erupted at the height of the primary-election season. Normal methods of voting were no longer safe for voters or the mostly elderly volunteers who normally staff polling places. But political disagreements, intensified by Trump’s crusade against mail voting, prevented some states from making it easier to vote absentee and for jurisdictions to count those votes in a timely manner.Chaos ensued. Ohio shut down in-person voting for its primary, leading to minuscule turnout. A poll-worker shortage in Milwaukee–where Wisconsin’s heavily Democratic Black population is concentrated–left just five open polling places, down from 182. In New York, vote counting took more than a month.Suddenly, the potential for a November meltdown was obvious. In his apartment in the D.C. suburbs,

Podhorzer began working from his laptop at his kitchen table, holding back-to-back Zoom meetings for hours a day with his network of contacts across the progressive universe: the labor movement; the institutional left, like Planned Parenthood and Greenpeace; resistance groups like Indivisible and MoveOn; progressive data geeks and strategists, representatives of donors and foundations, state-level grassroots organizers, racial-justice activists and others in is available for purchase April, Podhorzer began hosting a weekly 2½-hour Zoom. It was structured around a series of rapid-fire five-minute presentations on everything from which ads were working to messaging to legal strategy.

The invitation-only gatherings soon attracted hundreds, creating a rare shared base of knowledge for the fractious progressive movement. “At the risk of talking trash about the left, there’s not a lot of good information sharing,” says Anat Shenker-Osorio, a close Podhorzer friend whose poll-tested messaging guidance shaped the group’s approach. “There’s a lot of not-invented-here syndrome, where people won’t consider a good idea if they didn’t come up with it.”The meetings became the galactic center for a constellation of operatives across the left who shared overlapping goals but didn’t usually work in concert. The group had no name, no leaders and no hierarchy, but it kept the disparate actors in sync. “Pod played a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping different pieces of the movement infrastructure in communication and aligned,” says Maurice Mitchell, national director of the Working Families Party. “You have the litigation space, the organizing space, the political people just focused on the W, and their strategies aren’t always aligned. He allowed this ecosystem to work together.”Protecting the election would require an effort of unprecedented scale. As 2020 progressed, it stretched to Congress, Silicon Valley and the nation’s statehouses. It drew energy from the summer’s racial-justice protests, many of whose leaders were a key part of the liberal alliance. And eventually it reached across the aisle, into the world of Trump-skeptical Republicans appalled by his attacks on democracy.

The first task was overhauling America’s balky election infrastructure–in the middle of a pandemic. For the thousands of local, mostly nonpartisan officials who administer elections, the most urgent need was money. They needed protective equipment like masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. They needed to pay for postcards letting people know they could vote absentee–or, in some states, to mail ballots to every voter. They needed additional staff and scanners to process the http://ballots.In March, activists appealed to Congress to steer COVID relief money to election administration. Led by the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, more than 150 organizations signed a letter to every member of Congress seeking $2 billion in election funding. It was somewhat successful: the CARES Act, passed later that month, contained $400 million in grants to state election administrators. But the next tranche of relief funding didn’t add to that number. It wasn’t going to be enough.Private philanthropy stepped into the breach. An assortment of foundations contributed tens of millions in election-administration funding. The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative chipped in $300 million. “It was a failure at the federal level that 2,500 local election officials were forced to apply for philanthropic grants to fill their needs,” says Amber McReynolds, a former Denver election official who heads the nonpartisan National Vote at Home Institute.McReynolds’ two-year-old organization became a clearinghouse for a nation struggling to adapt. The institute gave secretaries of state from both parties technical advice on everything from which vendors to use to how to locate drop boxes. Local officials are the most trusted sources of election information, but few can afford a press secretary, so the institute distributed communications tool kits. In a presentation to Podhorzer’s group, McReynolds detailed the importance of absentee ballots for shortening lines at polling places and preventing an election crisis. The institute’s work helped 37 states and D.C. bolster mail voting. But it wouldn’t be worth much if people didn’t take advantage. Part of the challenge was logistical: each state has different rules for when and how ballots should be requested and returned. The Voter Participation Center, which in a normal year would have deployed canvassers door-to-door to get out the vote, instead conducted focus groups in April and May to find out what would get people to vote by http://mail.In August and September, it sent ballot applications to 15 million people in key states, 4.6 million of whom returned them. In mailings and digital ads, the group urged people not to wait for Election Day. “All the work we have done for 17 years was built for this moment of bringing democracy to people’s doorsteps,” says Tom Lopach, the center’s CEO.The effort had to overcome heightened skepticism in some communities. Many Black voters preferred to exercise their franchise in person or didn’t trust the mail. National civil rights groups worked with local organizations to get the word out that this was the best way to ensure one’s vote was http://counted.

In Philadelphia, for example, advocates distributed “voting safety kits” containing masks, hand sanitizer and informational brochures. “We had to get the message out that this is safe, reliable, and you can trust it,” says Hannah Fried of All Voting Is http://Local. At the same time, Democratic lawyers battled a historic tide of pre-election litigation. The pandemic intensified the parties’ usual tangling in the courts. But the lawyers noticed something else as well. “The litigation brought by the Trump campaign, of a piece with the broader campaign to sow doubt about mail voting, was making novel claims and using theories no court has ever accepted,” says Wendy Weiser, a voting-rights expert at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU. “They read more like lawsuits designed to send a message rather than achieve a legal outcome.”In the end, nearly half the electorate cast ballots by mail in 2020, practically a revolution in how people vote. About a quarter voted early in person. Only a quarter of voters cast their ballots the traditional way: in person on Election Day.

Bad actors spreading false information is nothing new. For decades, campaigns have grappled with everything from anonymous calls claiming the election has been rescheduled to fliers spreading nasty smears about candidates’ families. But Trump’s lies and conspiracy theories, the viral force of social media and the involvement of foreign meddlers made disinformation a broader, deeper threat to the 2020 vote. Laura Quinn, a veteran progressive operative who co-founded Catalist, began studying this problem a few years ago. She piloted a nameless, secret project, which she has never before publicly discussed, that tracked disinformation online and tried to figure out how to combat it. One component was tracking dangerous lies that might otherwise spread unnoticed. Researchers then provided information to campaigners or the media to track down the sources and expose them. The most important takeaway from Quinn’s research, however, was that engaging with toxic content only made it worse. “When you get attacked, the instinct is to push back, call it out, say, ‘This isn’t true,’” Quinn says. “But the more engagement something gets, the more the platforms boost it. The algorithm reads that as, ‘Oh, this is popular; people want more of it.’”The solution, she concluded, was to pressure platforms to enforce their rules, both by removing content or accounts that spread disinformation and by more aggressively policing it in the first place. “The platforms have policies against certain types of malign behavior, but they haven’t been enforcing them,” she says.Quinn’s research gave ammunition to advocates pushing social media platforms to take a harder line.

In November 2019, Mark Zuckerberg invited nine civil rights leaders to dinner at his home, where they warned him about the danger of the election-related falsehoods that were already spreading unchecked. “It took pushing, urging, conversations, brainstorming, all of that to get to a place where we ended up with more rigorous rules and enforcement,” says Vanita Gupta, president and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, who attended the dinner and also met with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and others. (Gupta has been nominated for Associate Attorney General by President Biden.) “It was a struggle, but we got to the point where they understood the problem. Was it enough? Probably not. Was it later than we wanted? Yes. But it was really important, given the level of official disinformation, that they had those rules in place and were tagging things and taking them down.”

Beyond battling bad information, there was a need to explain a rapidly changing election process. It was crucial for voters to understand that what Trump was saying, mail-in votes were actually susceptible to fraud and that it would be normal if some states weren’t finished counting votes on election night. Dick Gephardt, the Democratic former House leader turned high-powered lobbyist, spearheaded one coalition. “We wanted to get a really bipartisan group of former elected officials, Cabinet secretaries, military leaders and so on, aimed mainly at messaging to the public but also speaking to local officials–the secretaries of state, attorneys general, governors who would be in the eye of the storm–to let them know we wanted to help,” says Gephardt, who worked his contacts in the private sector to put $20 million behind the effort.

Wamp, the former GOP Congressman, worked through the nonpartisan reform group Issue One to rally Republicans. “We thought we should bring some bipartisan element of unity around what constitutes a free and fair election,” Wamp says. The 22 Democrats and 22 Republicans on the National Council on Election Integrity met on Zoom at least once a week. They ran ads in six states, made statements, wrote articles and alerted local officials to potential problems. “We had rabid Trump supporters who agreed to serve on the council based on the idea that this is honest,” Wamp says. This is going to be just as important, he told them, to convince the liberals when Trump wins. “Whichever way it cuts, we’re going to stick together. ”The Voting Rights Lab and IntoAction created state-specific memes and graphics, spread by email, text, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, urging that every vote be counted. Together, they were viewed more than 1 billion times.

Protect Democracy’s election task force issued reports and held media briefings with high-profile experts across the political spectrum, resulting in widespread coverage of potential election issues and fact-checking of Trump’s false claims. The organization’s tracking polls found the message was being heard: the percentage of the public that didn’t expect to know the winner on election night gradually rose until by late October, it was over 70%. A majority also believed that a prolonged count wasn’t a sign of problems. “We knew exactly what Trump was going to do: he was going to try to use the fact that Democrats voted by mail and Republicans voted in person to make it look like he was ahead, claim victory, say the mail-in votes were fraudulent and try to get them thrown out,” says Protect Democracy’s Bassin. Setting public expectations ahead of time helped undercut those assertions.

The alliance took a common set of themes from the research Shenker-Osorio presented at Podhorzer’s Zooms. Studies have shown that when people don’t think their vote will count or fear casting it will be a hassle, they’re far less likely to participate.

Throughout election season, members of Podhorzer’s group maximized incidents of voter intimidation and doubled down rising liberal hysteria about Trump’s expected refusal to concede. They wanted to amplify false claims by engaging them, or encouraging voting by suggesting a rigged game. “When you say, ‘These claims of fraud are spurious,’ what people hear is ‘fraud”.

Shenker-Osorio says. “What we saw in our pre-election research was that anything that reaffirmed Trump’s power or cast him as an authoritarian diminished people’s desire to vote.” Podhorzer, meanwhile, was warning everyone he knew that polls were underestimating Trump’s support. The data he shared with media organizations who would be calling the election was “tremendously useful” to understand what was happening as the votes rolled in, according to a member of a major network’s political unit who spoke with Podhorzer before Election Day. Most analysts had recognized there would be a “blue shift” in key battlegrounds– the surge of votes breaking toward Democrats, driven by tallies of mail-in ballots– but they hadn’t comprehended how much better Trump was likely to do on Election Day. “Being able to document how big the absentee wave would be and the variance by state was essential,” the analyst says.

The racial-justice uprising sparked by George Floyd’s killing in May was not primarily a political movement. The organizers who helped lead it wanted to harness its momentum for the election without allowing it to be co-opted by politicians. Many of those organizers were part of Podhorzer’s network, from the activists in battleground states who partnered with the Democracy Defense Coalition to organizations with leading roles in the Movement for Black Lives.

The best way to ensure people’s voices were heard, they decided, was to protect their ability to vote. “We started thinking about a program that would complement the traditional election-protection area but also didn’t rely on calling the police,” says Nelini Stamp, the Working Families Party’s national organizing director. They created a force of “election defenders” who, unlike traditional poll watchers, were trained in escalation techniques. During early voting and on Election Day, they surrounded lines of voters in urban areas with a “joy to the polls” effort that turned the act of casting a ballot into a street party. Black organizers also recruited thousands of poll workers to ensure polling places would stay open in their communities.

The summer uprising had shown that people power could have a massive impact. Activists began preparing to reprise the demonstrations if Trump tried to steal the election. “Americans plan widespread protests if Trump interferes with election,” Reuters reported in October, one of many such stories. More than 150 liberal groups, from the Women’s March to the Sierra Club to Color of Change, from The Aggressive Progressives – democrats.com to the Democratic Socialists of America, joined the “Protect the Results” coalition. The group’s now defunct website had a map listing 400 planned postelection demonstrations, to be activated via text message as soon as Nov. 4. To stop the coup they feared, the left was ready to flood the streets.

About a week before Election Day, Podhorzer received an unexpected message: the U.S. Chamber of Commerce wanted to talk. The AFL-CIO and the Chamber have a long history of antagonism. Though neither organization is explicitly partisan, the influential business lobby has poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Republican campaigns, just as the nation’s unions funnel hundreds of millions to Democrats. On one side is labor, on the other management, locked in an eternal struggle for power and resources. But behind the scenes, the business community was engaged in its own anxious discussions about how the election and its aftermath might unfold. The summer’s racial-justice protests had sent a signal to business owners too: the potential for economy-disrupting civil disorder. “With tensions running high, there was a lot of concern about unrest around the election, or a breakdown in our normal way we handle contentious elections,” says Neil Bradley, the Chamber’s executive vice president and chief policy officer. These worries had led the Chamber to release a pre-election statement with the Business Roundtable, a Washington-based CEOs’ group, as well as associations of manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, calling for patience and confidence as votes were counted.

But Bradley wanted to send a broader, more bipartisan message. He reached out to Podhorzer, through an intermediary both men declined to name. Agreeing that their unlikely alliance would be powerful, they began to discuss a joint statement pledging their organizations’ shared commitment to a fair and peaceful election. They chose their words carefully and scheduled the statement’s release for maximum impact. As it was being finalized, Christian leaders signaled their interest in joining, further broadening its reach. The statement was released on Election Day, under the names of Chamber CEO Thomas Donohue, AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka, and the heads of the National Association of Evangelicals and the National African American Clergy Network. “It is imperative that election officials be given the space and time to count every vote in accordance with applicable laws,” it stated. “We call on the media, the candidates and the American people to exercise patience with the process and trust in our system, even if it requires more time than usual.” The groups added, “Although we may not always agree on desired outcomes up and down the ballot, we are united in our call for the American democratic process to proceed without violence, intimidation or any other tactic that makes us weaker as a nation.”

Election night began with many Democrats despairing. Trump was running ahead of pre-election polling, winning Florida, Ohio and Texas easily and keeping Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania too close to call. But Podhorzer was unperturbed when I spoke to him that night: the returns were exactly in line with his modeling. He had been warning for weeks that Trump voters’ turnout was surging. As the numbers dribbled out, he could tell that as long as all the fraudulent votes were counted, Trump would lose. The liberal alliance gathered for an 11 p.m. Zoom call. Hundreds joined; many were freaking out. “It was really important for me and the team in that moment to help ground people in what we had already known was true,” says Angela Peoples, director for the Democracy Defense Coalition. Podhorzer presented data to show the group that victory was in hand.

While he was talking, Fox News surprised everyone by calling Arizona for Biden. The public-awareness campaign had worked: TV anchors were bending over backward to counsel caution and frame the vote count accurately. The question then became what to do next. The conversation that followed was a difficult one, led by the activists charged with the protest strategy. “We wanted to be mindful of when was the right time to call for moving masses of people into the street,” Peoples says. As much as they were eager to mount a show of strength, mobilizing immediately could backfire and put people at risk. Protests that devolved into violent clashes would give Trump a pretext to send in federal agents or troops as he had over the summer. And rather than elevate Trump’s complaints by continuing to fight him, the alliance wanted to send the message that the people had spoken. So the word went out: stand down.

Protect the Results announced that it would “not be activating the entire national mobilization network today, but remains ready to activate if necessary.” On Twitter, outraged progressives wondered what was going on. Why wasn’t anyone trying to stop Trump’s coup? Where were all the protests?

Podhorzer credits the activists for their restraint. “They had spent so much time getting ready to hit the streets on Wednesday. But they did it,” he says. “Wednesday through Friday, there was not a single Antifa vs. Proud Boys incident like everyone was expecting. And when that didn’t materialize, I don’t think the Trump campaign had a backup plan.

”Activists reoriented the Protect the Results protests toward a weekend of celebration. “Counter their disinfo with our confidence & get ready to celebrate,” read the messaging guidance Shenker-Osorio presented to the liberal alliance on Friday, Nov. 6. “Declare and fortify our win. Vibe: confident, forward-looking, unified–NOT passive, anxious.”The voters, not the candidates, would be the protagonists of the story. The planned day of celebration happened to coincide with the election being called on Nov. 7. Activists dancing in the streets of Philadelphia blasted Beyoncé over an attempted Trump campaign press conference; the Trumpers’ next confab was scheduled for Four Seasons Total Landscaping outside the city center, which activists believe was not a coincidence. “The people of Philadelphia owned the streets of Philadelphia,” crows the Working Families Party’s Mitchell. “We made them look ridiculous by contrasting our joyous celebration of democracy with their clown show.”The votes had been counted. Trump had lost. But the battle wasn’t over.

In Podhorzer’s presentations, winning the vote was only the first step to winning the election. After that came winning the count, winning the certification, winning the Electoral College and winning the transition–steps that are normally formalities but that he knew Trump would see as opportunities for disruption. Nowhere would that be more evident than in Michigan, where Trump’s pressure on local Republicans came perilously close to working–and where liberal and conservative pro-democracy forces joined to counter it, It was around 10 p.m. on election night in Detroit when a flurry of texts lit up the phone of Art Reyes III. A busload of Republican election observers had arrived at the TCF Center, where votes were being tallied. They were crowding the vote-counting tables, refusing to wear masks, heckling the mostly Black workers. Reyes, a Flint native who leads We the People Michigan, was expecting this. For months, conservative groups had been sowing suspicion about urban vote fraud. “The language was, ‘They’re going to steal the election; there will be fraud in Detroit,’ long before any vote was cast,” Reyes says. He made his way to the arena and sent word to his network. Within 45 minutes, dozens of reinforcements had arrived. As they entered the arena to provide a counterweight to the GOP observers inside, Reyes took down their cell-phone numbers and added them to a massive text chain. Racial-justice activists from Detroit Will Breathe worked alongside suburban women from Fems for Dems and local elected officials.

Reyes left at 3 a.m., handing the text chain over to a disability activit. As they mapped out the steps in the election-certification process, activists settled on a strategy of foregrounding the people’s right to decide, demanding their voices be heard and calling attention to the racial implications of disenfranchising Black Detroiters. They flooded the Wayne County canvassing board’s Nov. 17 certification meeting with on-message testimony; despite a Trump tweet, the Republican board members certified Detroit’s votes.

Election boards were one pressure point; another was GOP-controlled legislatures, who Trump believed could declare the election void and appoint their own electors. And so the President invited the GOP leaders of the Michigan legislature, House Speaker Lee Chatfield and Senate majority leader Mike Shirkey, to Washington on Nov. 20, it was a perilous moment. If Chatfield and Shirkey agreed to do Trump’s bidding, Republicans in other states might be similarly convinced, “I was concerned things were going to get weird,” says Jeff Timmer, a former Michigan GOP executive director turned anti-Trump activist. Norm Eisen describes it as “the scariest moment” of the entire election.

The democracy subverters launched a full-court press. ‘Protect Democracy’s’ local contacts researched the lawmakers’ personal and political motives. Issue One ran television ads in Lansing. The Chamber’s Bradley kept close tabs on the process. Wamp, the former Republican Congressman, called his former colleague Mike Rogers, who wrote an op-ed for the Detroit newspapers urging officials to honor the will of the voters. Three former Michigan governors–Republicans John Engler and Rick Snyder and Democrat Jennifer Granholm–jointly called for Michigan’s electoral votes to be cast free of pressure from the White House. Engler, a former head of the Business Roundtable, made phone calls to influential donors and fellow GOP elder statesmen who could press the lawmakers privately. The pro-democracy forces were up against a Trumpified Michigan GOP controlled by allies of Ronna McDaniel, the Republican National Committee chair, and Betsy DeVos, the former Education Secretary and a member of a billionaire family of GOP donors. On a call with his team on Nov. 18, Bassin vented that his side’s pressure was no match for what Trump could offer. “Of course he’s going to try to offer them something,” Bassin recalls thinking. “Head of the Space Force! Ambassador to wherever! We can’t compete with that by offering carrots. We need a stick.”If Trump were to offer something in exchange for a personal favor, that would likely constitute bribery, Bassin reasoned. He phoned Richard Primus, a law professor at the University of Michigan, to see if Primus agreed and would make the argument publicly. Primus said he thought the meeting itself was inappropriate, and got to work on an op-ed for Politico warning that the state attorney general–a Democrat–would have no choice but to investigate. When the piece posted on Nov. 19, the attorney general’s communications director tweeted it.

Protect Democracy soon got word that the lawmakers planned to bring lawyers to the meeting with Trump the next day.Reyes’ activists scanned flight schedules and flocked to the airports on both ends of Shirkey’s journey to D.C., to underscore that the lawmakers were being scrutinized. After the meeting, the pair announced they’d pressed the President to deliver COVID relief for their constituents and informed him they saw no role in the election process. Then they went for a drink at the Trump hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue. A street artist projected their images onto the outside of the building along with the words,THE WORLD IS WATCHING.

That left one last step: the state canvassing board, made up of two Democrats and two Republicans. One Republican, a Trumper employed by the DeVos family’s political nonprofit, was not expected to vote for certification. The other Republican on the board was a little-known lawyer named Aaron Van Langevelde. He sent no signals about what he planned to do, leaving everyone on edge. When the meeting began, Reyes’s activists flooded the livestream and filled Twitter with their hashtag, #alleyesonmi. A board accustomed to attendance in the single digits suddenly faced an audience of thousands. In hours of testimony, the activists emphasized their message of respecting voters’ wishes and affirming democracy rather than scolding the officials. Van Langevelde quickly signaled he would follow precedent. The vote was 3-0 to certify; the other Republican abstained. After that, the dominoes fell. Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and the rest of the states certified their electors. Republican officials in Arizona and Georgia stood up to Trump’s bullying. And the Electoral College voted on schedule on Dec. 14.HOW CLOSE WE CAMEThere was one last milestone on Podhorzer’s mind: Jan. 6. On the day Congress would meet to tally the electoral count, Trump summoned his supporters to D.C. for a rally.Much to their surprise, the thousands who answered his call were met by virtually no counterdemonstrators. To preserve safety and ensure they couldn’t be blamed for any mayhem, the activist left was “strenuously discouraging counter activity,”

Podhorzer texted me the morning of Jan. 6, with a crossed-fingers emoji. Trump addressed the crowd that afternoon, saying that lawmakers or Vice President Mike Pence could reject states’ electoral votes. By standing down, the democracy campaigners outfoxed their foes. “We won by the skin of our teeth, honestly, and that’s an important point for folks to sit with,” says the Democracy Defense Coalition’s Peoples. “There’s an impulse for some to say voters decided and democracy won. But it’s a mistake to think that this election cycle was a show of strength for democracy. It shows how vulnerable democracy is.”The members of the alliance to rig the election have gone their separate ways. The Democracy Defense Coalition has been disbanded, though the Fight Back Table lives on. Protect Democracy and the good-government advocates have turned their attention to pressing reforms in Congress. Left-wing activists are pressuring the newly empowered Democrats to remember the voters who put them there, while civil rights groups are on guard against further attacks on voting. Business leaders denounced the Jan. 6 attack, and some say they will no longer donate to lawmakers who refused to certify Biden’s victory. Podhorzer and his allies are still holding their Zoom strategy sessions, gauging voters’ views and developing new messages. And Trump is in Florida, facing his second impeachment, deprived of the Twitter and Facebook accounts he used to push the nation to its breaking point. I was reporting this article in November and December, I heard different claims about who should get the credit for thwarting Trump’s plot. Liberals argued the role of bottom-up people power shouldn’t be overlooked, particularly the contributions of people of color and local grassroots activists. Others stressed the duplicity of GOP officials like Van Langevelde and Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger, who stood up to Trump at considerable cost.

The truth is that neither likely could have succeeded without the other. “It’s astounding how close we came, how fragile all this really is,” says Timmer, the former Michigan GOP executive director. “It’s like when Wile E. Coyote runs off the cliff–if you don’t look down, you don’t fall. Our democracy only survives if we all believe and don’t look down. ”the rigging and manipuplation won in the end. The will of the people prevailed. But it’s crazy, in retrospect, that this is what it took to rig an election in the United States of America.

There we have it; the Who, when, and how, of the greatest scandal ever perpetrated in American history. One that put a usurper into the office of the presidency. The current illegal regime of Biden-Harris.

Of course there is the issue of the second so-called “Impeachment” of Citizen Donald Trump. A ludicrous proposition as the primary purpose for an impeachment of a president is to remove him from office. Donald Trump could not be removed from office, as he had already left that office. One of the highlights of the showtrial of Donald Trump was this video compilation showing the hypocrisy of Mr. Trump’s accusers compiled by the legal team defending him in the Senate farce:

Jim Quinn Warns “This Is How Fourth Turnings Roll”

Authored by Jim Quinn via The Burning Platform blog, “Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.” – H.L. Mencken It’s now almost two weeks since the most crooked, rigged, fraudulent election in U.S. history. The engineered elevation of a handsy, sniffy, senile, empty portal, trojan horse by billionaire oligarchs, their Silicon Valley techno-geek social media censorship police, and the corporate media propaganda mouthpieces looks like it might succeed. Republican cucks like Romney and even the pliable Fox News talking heads have acquiesced to this third attempt during this ongoing coup like obedient lapdogs positioning themselves to profit from doing the bidding of their global oligarch masters. Make no mistake. There was a master plan implemented by dark forces to steal this election, overriding the will of the American people. The anger of 70 million Americans is perfectly captured in the above quote from Mencken. If Trump and his allies are unable to prove fraud and overturn this sham of an election, myself and millions more will treat the Kamala Harris administration as illegitimate and do everything in our power to resist and insure its failure. The level of fake news media propaganda about the “most secure fairest election in history”, and the vociferous blatant systematic censorship by Twitter, Facebook, and Google of anyone who dares to question the approved narrative of “a mostly fraud free election” on their social media platforms is all the proof a critical thinking person needs to realize this election was stolen by left wing oligarchs . Trump was too erratic, uncontrollable and resistant to their new world order agenda of climate extremism, population control through fear, communist economics, cash elimination, and ruling through a technocratic Big Brother surveillance state. Trump, through naivety, foolishness or carelessness, allowed enemies of his administration to wield power and influence for the last four years. He chose swamp creature after swamp creature for key cabinet positions and seemed surprised when they stabbed him in the back. He failed to purge Obama loyalists holding middle level positions in the FBI, CIA, Dept of Defense, and numerous other agencies. They actively worked to subvert everything he tried to accomplish. The military industrial complex apparatchiks are cackling like hyenas about how they misled him about troop levels in Syria and continue to ignore his orders to bring the troops home from Afghanistan. Obama and his gang of traitorous thieves conspired to bring Trump down before he assumed office and continued for the entire four years, assisted by a feckless mainstream media of faux journalists peddling fake news and disinformation fed to them by the Deep State coup collaborators. It was creepy Joe Biden who suggested using the Logan Act to entrap General Flynn and derail the Trump presidency before it began. He was part of the plot

Electoral fraud – Wikipedia

Illegal interference with the process of an election Electoral fraud , sometimes referred to as election manipulation , voter fraud or vote rigging, involves illegal interference with the process of an election , either by increasing the vote share of a favored candidate, depressing the vote share of rival candidates, or both. [1] It differs from but often goes hand-in-hand with voter suppression . What exactly constitutes electoral fraud varies from country to country. Electoral legislation outlaws many kinds of election fraud, [2] but other practices violate general laws, such as those banning assault , harassment or libel . Although technically the term “electoral fraud” covers only those acts which are illegal, the term is sometimes used [ by whom? ] to describe acts which are legal, but considered morally unacceptable, outside the spirit of an election or in violation of the principles of democracy . [3] [4] Show elections , featuring only one candidate, are sometimes classified [ by whom? ] as electoral fraud, although they may comply with the law and are presented more as referendums/plebiscites. In national elections, successful electoral fraud on a sufficient scale can have the effect of a coup d’état , [ citation needed ] protest [5] or corruption of democracy. In a narrow election , a small amount of fraud may suffice to change the result. Even if the outcome is not affected, the revelation of fraud can reduce voters’ confidence in democracy. Electorate manipulation [ edit ] Electoral fraud can occur in advance of voting if the composition of the electorate is altered. The legality of this type of manipulation varies across jurisdictions. Deliberate manipulation of election outcomes is widely considered a violation of the principles of democracy. [6] Artificial migration or party membership [ edit ] In many cases, it is possible for authorities to artificially control the composition of an electorate in order to produce a foregone result. One way of doing this is to move a large number of voters into the electorate prior to an election, for example by temporarily assigning them land or lodging them in flophouses . [7] [8] Many countries prevent this with rules stipulating that a voter must have lived in an electoral district for a minimum period (for example, six months) in order to be eligible to vote there. However, such laws can also be used for demographic manipulation as they tend to disenfranchise those with no fixed address, such as the homeless, travelers, Roma , students (studying full-time away from home), and some casual workers. Another strategy is to permanently move people into an electoral district, usually through public housing . If people eligible for public housing are likely to vote for a particular party, then they can either be concentrated into one area, thus making their votes count for less, or moved into marginal seats , where they may tip the balance towards their preferred party. One example of this was the

The example they cited was the test experience of Erie County.  They indicated that the  Erie Board of Elections programmed their Dominion machine to produce multiple ballot faces, but when it was tested as if at a polling site (after the seals were broken), it took 18 hours to boot up. Consequently, the machine would be useless in the field.” Jul 29, 2019 From: NY Commissioner Douglas A Kellner To: Myra Saul “I am perplexed by your email because Erie County does not use Dominion equipment. Erie is one of ten counties that use ES&S DS-200 to scan their ballots.”

On the night of Nov. 3, tens of thousands of absentee ballots for Fulton CountyGeorgia, were counted at the State Farm Arena’s vote-tabulation center in Atlanta. In recent days, the fog of incomplete and conflicting information provided by interested parties has begun to clear.

It now appears that a state election monitor was absent for a part of the counting process and that Republican poll watchers were led to believe the counting was over when it in fact wasn’t. It is also clear that the watchers were prevented from meaningfully observing much of the process, even though they were allowed in the room.

Georgia is a key battleground state, controlling 16 electoral votes. Current results show Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump by about 12,000 votes. The Trump campaign and other groups are challenging the results, alleging fraud and other illegalities. The campaign is demanding that the Georgia state legislature grant the state’s electoral votes to Trump.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, has acknowledged that his office is investigating hundreds of instances of potential illegal voting activity, but has rejected the notion that Fulton County officials themselves were involved in fraud during the ballot count at the arena on election night.

Rule Change—Rule Change

Shaye Moss and her mother Ruby Freeman, processes absentee ballots at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 2, 2020.

On Aug. 10, the State Election Board approved a new rule that allows election officials to start opening and scanning absentee ballots three weeks before Election Day (pdf). State law says the ballots can only be opened on Election Day. The state is being sued over the rule, based on the argument that the board didn’t have the jurisdiction to issue the rule change.

The rule allows officials to verify signatures on ballot packages and feed ballots to scanners. The votes are then to be stored in the scanner memory until they can be added to the tallies on election night. It’s not clear to what degree Fulton County has followed the new rule. County spokeswoman Jessica Corbitt declined to answer questions posed by The Epoch Times for this article. Water Leak

Text messages exchanged between attorney Paul Dzikowski and Atlanta Hawks vice president of facilities Geoffrey Stiles in response to a records request about the supposed burst pipe.

On Election Day, ballot-processing work at the State Farm Arena was delayed.

At approximately 6:07 a.m., the staff at State Farm Arena notified Fulton County Registration and Elections of a water leak affecting the room where absentee ballots were being tabulated,” Corbitt told The Epoch Times in an earlier statement. “The State Farm Arena team acted swiftly to remediate the issue. Within 2 hours, repairs were complete.”

Ralph Jones, a Fulton County official, told the county’s Board of Commissioners on election night that, “we had a pipe that was busted.” He said the water drained to the left side of the counting room. He said the matter caused a delay of four hours in counting ballots. Corbitt told The Epoch Times that ballots were not moved out of the room during the incident and that the leak occurred on the other side of the room from the area where ballots were located.

A local attorney who filed a records request about the burst pipe only received a brief text message exchange about the incident, describing it as “highly exaggerated … a slow leak that caused about an hour-and-a-half delay” and stating that “we contained it quickly—it did not spread,” according to the text conversation that the attorney, Paul Dzikowski, shared with The Epoch Times.

According to Frances Watson, chief investigator of the Georgia secretary of state’s office, “the incident initially reported as a water leak late in the evening on November 3rd was actually a urinal that had overflowed early in the morning on November 3rd.”

The incident “did not affect the counting of votes by Fulton County later that evening,” she said in a Dec. 5 sworn affidavit.

Security Camera Footage

Security camera footage from the arena shows workers moving around furniture after 8:20 a.m. It’s not clear whether that had to do with the water leak.

Only some parts of the footage were made publicly available when the Trump campaign’s legal team aired them during a Dec. 3 Georgia Senate committee hearing on election issues. The arena provided the footage “to all parties in each related Georgia voting litigation,” the arena’s legal chief, Scott Wilkinson, told The Epoch Times via email.

Without a subpoena, our policy does not allow us to release video or documents,” he said.

Attempts to obtain the footage from the Trump legal team, the state, and county authorities have been unsuccessful.

One of the election workers in the arena center has been identified as Registration Officer Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, based on her conspicuous hairstyle and other features. At about 8:21 a.m., the cameras captured her moving one of the tables, which was covered with a black cloth that extended to the ground. The table would later become the center of national attention.

Monitors Placed Far Away

A media and poll monitor is visible by the further end of the room at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 3, 2020. (Screenshot/Epoch Times)

At around 8:15 p.m. on Election Day, two Republican poll monitors arrived at the State Farm Arena to observe the vote tabulation process, according to a sworn affidavit by one of the monitors, Michelle Branton (pdf).

As their affidavits and security camera footage from the arena show, the monitors were roped off in a media area at one end of the large tabulation center’s room. They were so far from the election workers that they couldn’t see in any detail what was being done. Some parts of the room, such as the area where the ballot scanners were placed, were so far away that it’s likely the monitors couldn’t discern what was going on there at all. Both said they didn’t even know the scanners were in the room until one of the officials explained the process to them.

A screenshot of a Twitter message sent by 11Alive investigative reporter Andy Pierrotti on Nov. 3 saying that Fulton County wouldn’t be counting about 40,000 to 60,000 ballots that night.

At 8:40 p.m., 11Alive reported that “Fulton County election officials said they are behind—by about four hours—counting absentee ballots after a pipe burst in a room at State Farm Arena where some of those ballots were being held.”

According to those officials, none of the ballots were damaged in the process,” the channel said in an update to its live coverage of the election.

At 10:08 p.m., 11Alive investigative reporter Andy Pierrotti reported that Fulton County wouldn’t be counting about 40,000 to 60,000 ballots that night.

It’s not due to the State Farm water pipe issue,” he said in a memo he posted on Twitter. “It’s due to the sheer volume of mail-in/drop off absentee ballots the county received.”

Boxes In Front Of and On Table

Election worker Ruby Freeman is seen closing a box at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 3, 2020. (Screenshot/Epoch Times)

The released footage shows, beginning at 9:57 p.m., a man in a black jacket bringing an empty black box and placing it next to the table installed by Moss. He’s accompanied by a woman in a purple t-shirt, who was later identified as election worker Ruby Freeman based on her apparel, hairstyle, and public posts and videos on Facebook, where she also appeared to identify herself as Moss’s mother.

A minute later, the man places a white tray of ballots inside the box. Freeman then closes the box.

The man then brings another box and places in it another tray of ballots that was previously on top of the table.

Shortly after that, the video skips to 10:19 p.m., and two closed boxes are seen on top of the table.

The video, which then jumps to 10:25 p.m., shows the two boxes still on top of the table, in addition to another tray of ballots.

At 10:37 p.m., the table appears to have been cleared, with no sign of the boxes. The media and the monitors can still be seen in their designated area. Nearly all the workers are gone.

Stop Working and Come Back Tomorrow’

Screenshot of an excerpt from an affidavit by poll observer Mitchell Harrison. (Screenshot/Epoch Times)

The poll monitors said that activity at the arena slowed after 10 p.m. At around 10:30 p.m., a person clearly identified by them as Moss “yelled out [that] they should stop working and come back tomorrow (the next day, Wednesday, November 4) at 8:30 A.M.,” said Mitchell Harrison, one of the monitors, in his affidavit. Branton agreed with this description, saying the workers who were removing absentee ballots from the outer envelopes had mostly stopped working by that point.

The monitors were tasked by the local Trump campaign field organizer to find out how many ballots were processed and how many were left. They asked county spokesperson Regina Waller, who was on site, about this, but she didn’t get them an answer, so they eventually left shortly after 10:30 p.m., they said.

Monitors Leave

Two people, likely the Republican poll monitors, are seen leaving the tabulation center room at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 3, 2020. (Screenshot/Epoch Times)

The camera footage shows them leaving at about 10:40 p.m., leaving only seven people behind: Moss, Freeman, two women in yellow t-shirts, one man in a red shirt, one man in a light blue top, and one man in a black jacket.

The monitors indicated they were under the impression that work at the arena had concluded. Corbitt, the county spokeswoman, appeared to be under the same impression.

In an 11:36 p.m. update, 11Alive reported that “Regina Waller with Fulton County told 11Alive that State Farm Arena absentee ballot counters have been sent home.”

The election department sent the ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta home at 10:30 p.m., Regina Waller, the Fulton County public affairs manager for elections, tells ABC News,” said the network’s 11:34 p.m. tweet.

But that wasn’t the case. The women in yellow t-shirts are seen continually placing batches of ballots on two scanners, one after another.

The scanners were placed at the opposite side of the room, at least 50 feet away from where the media and monitors were instructed to stay. With several columns obstructing the view, it’s possible the monitors couldn’t see what the workers were doing.

Boxes Under the Table

Registration Officer Wandrea “Shaye” Moss is seen pulling a box from underneath a table at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 3, 2020. (Screenshot/Epoch Times)

At about 10:51 p.m., Moss is seen pulling a black box out from under the table she had placed there in the morning. The box appears to have a white tray on top of it. Moss picks the tray up and then puts it back on top of the box.

At 11:03 p.m., one of the women in yellow t-shirts pulls away a box placed right beside the table. She takes stacks of papers out of it and starts placing them on the scanner.

About 30 seconds later, Moss pulls another box from underneath the table, placing it next to Freeman’s table, and takes stacks of paper out of it. Freeman then starts placing the stacks on another scanner.

At one point, it appears that Freeman places the same stack on the scanner repeatedly. This could legitimately be done in cases when ballots get jammed in the scanner feed. The video quality, however, makes it difficult to discern whether this was the case.

At 11:04 p.m., the man in a light blue top and the man in a black jacket leave the room.

About 40 seconds later, the man in a red shirt can be seen pulling another box from underneath the table. He places it next to another table and, with some help from one of the women in yellow, takes stacks of paper out of it and starts scanning them at another machine.

Edison Research election results feed data published by The New York Times show that between 11:15 p.m. and 12:03 a.m., Fulton County added 46,442 votes to its tally, about 21 percent of them for Trump. All of them were early-voting ballots. Edison also provided state-level vote count updates but didn’t specify where the votes in individual updates came from, and no update around midnight that night matches 46,442. It’s possible the Fulton batch was split into two updates—one of 23,355 votes at 12:14 a.m., of which 28 to 63 percent were for Biden, and another of 23,487 votes at 12:18 a.m., of which 98 to 100 percent were for Biden. These two add up to 46,842.

Overall, about 29 percent of the early vote in the county went to Trump.

The available security footage continues at 12:50 a.m., when the workers are no longer manning the scanners and appear to be wrapping up.

At 12:53 a.m., only Moss is left in the room.

The footage then jumps to 1:41 a.m., when three people are seen coming in. One seems to be vacuuming, but the three leave again within three minutes.

Monitors Return

Three people, two of them likely the Republican poll monitors, are seen right after entering the tabulation center room at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 3, 2020. (Screenshot/Epoch Times)

After the next jump to 1:47 a.m., three people are seen coming in. According to the Trump campaign, two of them were Republican observers. Harrison said he and another monitor, Trevin McKoy, were told to go back to the arena after they learned from news crews that the counting had continued.

    1. Trump, in CPAC Speech, Promises to Defeat Critical Race Theory and Marxism
BY JACK PHILLIPS July 11, 2021 Updated: July 11, 2021

Former President Donald Trump on Sunday addressed the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Texas and promised to “defeat” critical race theory.

“With the help of everyone here today, we will defeat the radical left, the socialists, Marxists, and the critical race theorists,” Trump told the audience. “We will secure our borders, we will stop left-wing cancel culture, we will restore free speech and free elections and we will make America great again.”

Critical race theory (CRT) is perhaps at the forefront of America’s culture wars as parents across the country have wrangled with teachers, school boards, and teachers unions over whether it should be taught to public school students. CRT is strongly associated with the “antiracist” movement, “cancel culture,” as well as “diversity, equity, and inclusion” workforce training.

According to Legal Insurrection Foundation’s Criticalrace.org and other critics of the ideology, CRT is an offshoot of the earlier critical theory—a European Marxist school of thought that originated in the early part of the 20th century. Several governors have signed measures in recent weeks that bar the teaching of CRT or similar content to students, with the latest being Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, who approved a bill last week that prohibits local governments from teaching it to employees.

“Never forget that the radical left is not the majority in this country,” Trump said. “We’re the majority and it’s not even close.”

The president asserted that the “battle is so much bigger” than policy proposals or Supreme Court rulings, saying the “radical left” has infiltrated or is controlling “centralized institutions” such as bar associations, universities, schools, Hollywood, Big Tech, and large banks. And some of the pressure campaigns waged by Democrats, he said, are “straight out of the communist countries around the world.

Throughout his speech, Trump contrasted the immigration policies of his administration with those of the current administration, accusing President Joe Biden and Democrats of mishandling border security.

“We deported criminal aliens by the thousands … and we built almost 500 miles of the border wall,” the former commander-in-chief remarked. “Now the Biden administration has turned the border into the single greatest disaster in American history.”

Trump also made reference to his class-action lawsuits against the CEOs of Twitter, Facebook, and Google for engaging in alleged censorship of conservatives. Big Tech companies near-simultaneously suspended Trump’s social media accounts in January and claimed he incited violence with his claims about election fraud, while Trump has categorically denied the allegations.

“The Big Tech election interference in 2020 was an outrageous assault upon our republic and upon the American voter,” he told the crowd, noting how Twitter and Facebook censored articles that reported on Hunter Biden and his business dealings overseas in the leadup to the Nov. 3, 2020, election.

Again on Sunday, Trump panned “Republicans in name only,” or “RINOs,” for capitulating to Democrats. This time, the former president specifically called out Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.), saying the senator often touted Trump’s support of him during his reelection campaign but later voted to convict him. Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), he also asserted, is now the “most quoted” GOP lawmaker by mainstream media outlets.

Trump, who departed the White House six months ago, remains popular with Republican voters and influential among Republican lawmakers. It’s not clear whether Trump will run for president in 2024 but he’s teased the idea in several recent interviews while saying he wants Republicans to take back Congress during the upcoming midterm elections.

The CPAC speech comes amid a recent flurry of activity that saw him hold a campaign-style rally in Ohio for a former aide and a second rally a week later in Florida.

      1. Democrat Crime Wave: San Francisco Shoplifting Mobs Loot With Impunity

The link between left-wing anti-cop messaging and support for the Black Lives Matter riots have emboldened criminals in Democrat-run cities across the country. Broad daylight shootouts make New York City look like a wild west movie. And the gun violence in Chicago leaves dozens wounded or dead on a weekly basis. But nowhere in America is shoplifting the more preferred way to steal than in the liberal stronghold of San Francisco.

“It’s astounding, it’s jaw-dropping, it’s completely unacceptable…it’s outrageous,” former Republican mayoral candidate Richie Greenberg reportedly said. “This city is controlled completely by left-wing ideologues. There’s not enough police — part of the whole defunding police movement.”

Recent reports highlighted the looting of a Neiman Marcus store in which street thugs smashed the display windows and made off with high-end handbags. The entire store was reportedly emptied in the same fashion Americans witnessed during the Black Lives Matter riots. Designer products often garner headlines because they are expensive. But the reality of the San Francisco crime wave is that even budget retail outlets are being overrun.

Walgreens announced it would no longer tolerate the lawlessness and already shuttered upwards of 17 stores. Target recently followed suit by announcing the discount chain would limit its hours due to the rise in brazen shoplifting.

“For more than a month, we’ve been experiencing a significant and alarming rise in theft and security incidents at our San Francisco stores, similar to reports from other retailers in the area,” Target spokesman Brian Harper-Tibaldo reportedly said. “With the safety of our guests, team members, and communities as our top priority, we’ve temporarily reduced our operating hours in five San Francisco stores.”

To say that San Francisco’s far-left policies have been a complete disaster would be something of an understatement. The once vibrant city suffers tragic homelessness rates and drug addiction. Streets are now littered with needles, drug paraphernalia, and smell like a fouled toilet. Conservative critics routinely shine a spotlight on San Francisco as the worst-case scenario outcome of Democrat policies. Although it’s been relatively easy to publicly flog San Francisco, the shoplifting crime wave is something no community has ever experienced.

Thieves no longer cleverly sneak items into pockets or bags. They walk right into a store, clear entire shelves, and pack large cases with products. Security camera footage of petty criminals riding bicycles in and out of stores or packing rollaway suitcases look like television blooper videos. In essence, San Francisco’s failed leadership makes them the butt of a joke in what can only be described as America’s stupidest home videos. Adding insult to injury, security guards are effectively hamstrung from stopping looters.

“It’s going to be lawsuits (if security intervenes). Obviously, they don’t want ourselves or anybody else to get injured while we’re out here attempting to make these apprehensions and leave it to law enforcement,” Walgreens security guard Kevin Greathouse reportedly said.

California has steadily embraced “criminals first” policies that include reducing shoplifting under $1,000 to a misdemeanor. Organized gangs, drug addicts, and petty thieves know they aren’t going to jail, and they now act with impunity. San Francisco declines to prosecute criminals after police make arrests. It sounds crazy, but shoplifting appears legal in San Francisco.

    2. Election Meddling

      Wikipedia Disinformation:

The Russian government interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election with the goals of harming the campaign of Hillary Clinton, boosting the candidacy of Donald Trump, and increasing political and social discord in the United States. According to U.S. intelligence agencies, the operation—code named Project Lakhta[1]—was ordered directly by Russian President Vladimir Putin.[2] The Special Counsel’s report, made public in April 2019, examined numerous contacts between the Trump campaign and Russian officials but concluded that there was insufficient evidence to bring any conspiracy or coordination charges against Trump or his associates.

      2. The Deep State is alive and well and honking disinformation through a huge megaphone.

Some have called it the Mighty Whulitzer.

The Mighty Wurlitzer – How the CIA Played America

        by Hugh Wilford

“In 1967 the magazine Ramparts ran an exposé revealing that the Central Intelligence Agency had been secretly funding and managing a wide range of citizen front groups intended to counter communist influence around the world. In addition to embarrassing prominent individuals caught up, wittingly or unwittingly, in the secret superpower struggle for hearts and minds, the revelations of 1967 were one of the worst operational disasters in the history of American intelligence and presaged a series of public scandals from which the CIA’s reputation has arguably never recovered.

CIA official Frank Wisner called the operation his “mighty Wurlitzer,” on which he could play any propaganda tune. In this illuminating book, Hugh Wilford provides the first comprehensive account of the clandestine relationship between the CIA and its front organizations. Using an unprecedented wealth of sources, he traces the rise and fall of America’s Cold War front network from its origins in the 1940s to its Third World expansion during the 1950s and ultimate collapse in the 1960s.

Covering the intelligence officers who masterminded the CIA’s fronts as well as the involved citizen groups—émigrés, labor, intellectuals, artists, students, women, Catholics, African Americans, and journalists—Wilford provides a surprising analysis of Cold War society that contains valuable lessons for our own age of global conflict.”

      3. A state lawmaker reportedly wants to investigate Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, saying there were “numerous and documented failures” related to the way the 2020 election was conducted.

Republican state Sen. Burt Jones, who serves on the Senate Government Oversight Committee, reportedly wants committee Chairman Sen. Marty Harbin to summon Raffensperger to testify under oath, according to a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner.

In the Thursday letter, Jones said the depth and breadth of allegations about the contest, and the recent revelation that nearly 200 ballots were scanned twice in Fulton County, mean the election cannot simply be consigned to the past.

“Trusted, transparent, and secure elections are the bedrock of our democracy. As the head of our elections in Georgia, the buck stops with the Secretary of State, and our citizens deserve answers to these questions and to have their faith in our electoral process restored,” he wrote.

“I am confident that a thorough investigation of Secretary Raffensperger’s actions will provide the accountability and clarity surrounding the 2020 election that the citizens of this great state deserve.”

Jordan Fuchs, Raffensperger’s deputy, took issue with the possible motivation of Jones, who is a potential candidate for lieutenant governor.

“There are multiple lawsuits over this topic. This will be decided by the courts, not power grasping political candidates,” Fuchs told the Examiner.

Although no determinations of fraud have been found, the fact that nearly 200 absentee votes in Fulton County were scanned twice in the initial count (although the error was later caught) has renewed concern that inaccuracies — whether by sloppiness or fraud — impacted the contest.

“It’s Fulton failing to follow proper election protocols again,” said Carter Jones, an independent monitor of Fulton’s elections, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Fulton is so poor at managing the actual process that if they had actually tried to rig the election, they would have bungled it and we would have found out.”

        Not everyone agrees.

“If we’re finding this in Fulton County, we’re probably going to find it throughout the state. The question is, why did it happen?” said David Cross, an investment manager working with Georgia residents suing over the results.

“The simple fact that it happened and we found it here means that it probably occurred elsewhere.”

Jordan Fuchs, Raffensperger’s deputy, already was reported to have lied about the conversation between Trump and Raffensperger, claiming Trump said things that were later found out to be untrue. Fuchs then attempted to destroy the recording of the conversation on his computer. Forensic experts recovered the recording on the computer that proved that Fuchs lied about Trump pressuring Raffensperger.

Both Jordan Fuchs, and Raffensperger need to be held accountable for their part in the Georgia election fraud.

    3. Election re-votes have happened in the US as recently as 2019. According to Ballotpedia, there are provisions in 47 states wherein the courts can order an election in a given electoral area to be conducted again.

As for what the constitution provides for if an election is fraudulent, it is as follows:

      1) electors have the right under the US constitution to be “faithless” and vote for a different candidate. (Democrats aggressively campaigned for this in 2016.)

      2) congress can reject the electoral votes of states they believe held fraudulent elections. This requires an objection signed by at least one member of the House and one member of the Senate. (House Democrats tried this in the 2000, 2004 and 2016 elections, but couldn’t get any Senate signatories. This is what was planned for Jan 6 2020, and there were Senators on board to object to 6 states’ votes, with 2 hours of debate slated for each objection.)

      3) congress can reject the election in its entirety, at which point, as in the event of a tie, the President is appointed by House delegation (1 state, 1 vote), and the Vice President by a simple majority in the Senate.

So yeah. There’s laws, and constitutional provisions. You really should bone up on your legal acumen.

    4. BREAKING: AG Barr Forbid Investigations Into 2020 Election Per US Attorney from PA

Barr Forbid Fraud Investigations Says President — President Trump, at yesterday’s talk at Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) revealed that “a day ago (he) received a statement from the U.S. attorney, highly respected, in Pennsylvania, that Bill Barr would not allow him to investigate voter fraud.”

President Trump discusses this at the 43:00 mark in the video below:

I just a day ago received a statement from the US Attorney, highly respected in Pennsylvania, that Bill Barr would not allow him to investigate voter fraud. Can you believe it? 5. New Evidence Indicates Enough Illegal Votes In Georgia To Tip 2020 Results

In Georgia, there was both an audit and a statewide recount confirming Biden’s victory, but ignored in the process was evidence that nearly 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally.
By Margot Cleveland –JULY 9, 2021

New evidence indicates that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the November 2020 general election — a number that will continue to rise over the next several months, potentially exceeding the 12,670 votes that separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our president, all Americans who genuinely care about free and fair elections and the disenfranchisement of voters should demand both transparency and solutions to prevent a repeat in future elections. This evidence also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for the related public (and private) comments and legal arguments made in challenging the Georgia election results.

Under the cover of COVID-19, Georgia, like many other states, flooded residents with absentee ballot applications. Also like sister states, Georgia ignored various legislative mandates designed to prevent fraud and to ensure the integrity of the vote. These facts, coupled with the closeness of the presidential contest in Georgia and other states, led to a flurry of accusations and litigation charging vote fraud, illegal voting, and violations of the Elector’s Clause of the constitution.

In Georgia, there was both an audit and a statewide recount confirming Biden’s victory, but ignored in the process was evidence that nearly 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally.

Under Georgia law, residents must vote in the county in which they reside, unless they changed their residence within 30 days of the election. As Jake Evans, a well-known Atlanta election lawyer, told me, outside of the 30-day grace period, if people vote in a county in which they no longer reside, “Their vote in that county would be illegal.”

Soon after the November general election, Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. and an expert in voter data analytics and residency issues, obtained data from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database that identified Georgia residents who had confirmed moves with the U.S. Postal Service. After excluding moves with effective dates within 30 days of the general election, and by using data available from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, Davis identified nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another, but then voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved.

Casting Doubt on Potential Illegal Votes…

      1. CNNisFakeNewsWrites CNNisFakeNews’s Newsletter ·Jul 12Democrats being against voter id clearly tells me they enjoy cheating. It’s like opposing ID for buying cigarettes or booze and then claiming no underage kid ever bought a cigarette or booze. Monmouth University released a poll on early voting and voter ID. The poll found the majority of Americans support voter ID, and more minorities support voter ID than white people. Question 31 on page 7: 84% of minorities. & 77% of white people support voter ID. Yet Democrats keep claiming voter id is somehow racist:https://www.monmouth.edu/polling-institute/documents/monmouthpoll_us_062121.pdf/I can present hundreds of examples but I don’t think it’s worth it because nobody’s mind will change. I like how everyone agrees Bernie got cheated out twice, DNC using the IOWA “app” to cheat again and somehow the general election was perfectly cool. So somehow people were voting for republicans but not for Trump despite him having 95% approval? It’s the opposite – people voted for Republican house and senate BECAUSE Trump asked them too. It’s been shown time and time again that the constituents like Trump, they hate the establishment RINOs. Hence the 95% approval in his party.Usually first-time mail voters ~3X more likely to spoil ballot. In GA 2016 whopping 6.4% failed, 2020 just 0.2%. In PA, rate 0.03% in 2020 vs ~1% in 2016. Nevada from 1.60% in 2016 to ~0.75% this year. N.C. rate ~2.7% in 2016 to 0.8%. Totally cool.

    7. False Authority: When People Rely on the Wrong Experts

A false authority is someone whose supposed authority in a certain domain is substantially flawed, generally because their credentials or expertise are irrelevant, dubious, insufficient, or missing entirely. For example, an actor who promotes a medical product despite having no medical training can be considered a false authority, because they lack relevant credentials or expertise with regard to the product that they’re promoting.

An appeal to false authority (or argument from false authority) is a fallacious argument that relies on the statements of a false authority figure, who is framed as a credible authority on the topic being discussed. For example, an appeal to false authority could involve saying that we should listen to what an uneducated actor has to say when it comes to different types of medical treatments.

The concept of false authority plays a major role in many situations, so it’s important to understand it. As such, in the following article you will learn more about this concept, and see how you can respond to the use of appeals to false authority by others, as well as how you can avoid using such arguments yourself.

      1. Patrick Byrne and Jovan Pulitzer React to the Maricopa County Forensic Audit Hearing

“We have proven how corrupt the Arizona election was and in the process, we have proven how everyone that vouched for them, from the Mainstream Media, to CISA, to the DOJ to the Senate, to everyone else you can think of, who vouched for it are all incorrect. They were all flat wrong.

“And now that they’re flat wrong, we now have no reason to believe ’em about any of these other states that we’ve seen this mishegoss occur…

“I’ll just summarize – there’s 57,000 fake votes, I mean votes, for which there is no legal way they can be there…57,000 of one kind and 255,000 of another! So, 300-odd thousand fake votes or votes that shouldn’t have been counted and for which there is no legal provenance – and Biden won by 10,500 [votes]…

“The canvas came up with at least 300,000 ghost- or suppressed votes in Maricopa. Maybe 400,000. And if you listened to today, and you add up these different numbers, and it’s 255k of this and it’s 57k of that and it’s 17k of the other thing, 10k of this, it all sorta adds up into the 300-400k range, coming out of the forensic.

“So, we have ’em. It’s 300-400 thousand out of 2.1 million votes. So, 15%-20% of the votes are compromised.

“I’ve been tame and measured for months, since you’ve known me, Tore. But now, I’m saying, ‘There have to be indictments. Based on what we heard today, if they let this slide, if the Attorney General of Arizona – who wants to be a senator next year – lets this slide, there is no law, it’s the end of the United States. It’s done. There’s no reason for anywhere in the United States, for any election officials to comply with the law, if they can turn a blind eye to this…

    9. Maricopa County Auditors Conclude: ‘Election Should Not Be Certified’
‘The number of illegal ballots found in Maricopa County (more than 55,000) is over 4 times the current amount separating President Trump and Joe Biden…’
      By Joshua Paladino | September 24, 2021

The Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee on Friday released a 110-page forensic audit report on the 2020 presidential election, and the auditors concluded in an eight-page executive summary that “the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”

Cyber Ninjas, the company that conducted the forensic audit, identified “57,734 ballots”—a conservative estimate”—that had “serious issues,” The Gateway Pundit reported.

“In the 2020 presidential election, the margin of victory was only 10,457 votes, a small fraction of the 57,734 ballots with known issues,” Cyber Ninjas stated. “Again, this is almost 6 times the margin of victory in the Presidential race and is multiples of the margin of victory in other races.”

Cyber Ninjas found numerous types of impermissible votes, but most fell into three main categories: “improper voter registration, improper votes, and discrepancies in the registration.”

      …article continued below
The central errors that Cyber Ninjas revealed mostly stemmed from bad registration files and mail-in voting, a high-risk practice that Democrats, with help or at least non-resistance from some Republicans, implemented under the cover of COVID-19.

The forensic auditors asserted that the United States cannot have a high-trust electoral system and widespread mail-in voting. The report’s conclusion calls for the elimination of universal mail-in voting.

Maricopa County, like many urban areas, abused the mail-in voting process more heavily than rural counties, whose citizens preferred to vote in person.

Mail-in ballots accounted for 80 percent of all votes cast in Maricopa County’s 2020 presidential election.

“The guarantee of the secret ballot is not only a right that applies to the voter themself, but it is also a right guaranteed to the rest of those voting in the election that that person’s ballot is secret and therefore cannot have come under any undue influence,” Cyber Ninjas said in the report.
“Mail-in voting eliminates secrecy in voting as it is impossible to control or know who a voter shares their ballot with and what is done with it prior to it being mailed-in or dropped off,” the report continued.
The forensic audit found more than 10,000 double votes across county lines, many thousands of voters who moved prior to the election date and voted illegally, more than 17,000 double-, triple-, or quadruple-counted votes, and more than 9,000 more mail-in ballots cast by voters than received by them.
On top of ballot fraud, Cyber Ninjas found numerous ways in which Maricopa County could have electronically altered the results or concealed crimes.
Cyber Ninjas discovered that Maricopa County had purged the election management system database, deleted election files, and corrupted ballot images.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, whose company EchoMail audited the signature verification process (though, crucially, not the signatures themselves), said that some ballots appeared photoshopped.

Witness Ben Cotton, an IT expert, said that he has screens shots from the time that Maricopa County officials deleted security logs, so a criminal investigation may have a path forward, The Gateway Pundit reported.
Cyber Ninjas highlighted dozens more unquantifiable types of fraud, error, and illegality in Maricopa County’s 2020 presidential election, including “failure to follow basic cyber security practices” and “anonymous logins.”
Maricopa County’s election machines, provided by Dominion Voting Systems, also contained voter information from South Carolina and Washington.
All major American institutions have fallen into line with the narrative that Cyber Ninjas confirmed President Joe Biden’s victory in Arizona because the audit’s handcount came to a similar conclusion as the county’s.
But the handcount has little to do with the forensic audit.
No one disputes that the county has in its possession the ballots that Biden needed to win.
Cyber Ninjas tried to solve the more important question of whether the vast majority of ballots cast in the election were legal. The group concluded that a decisive number of ballots were not legally cast and thus the election was illegitimate.
President Donald Trump responded to the report’s conclusions and the media’s complete refusal to look at its most basic finding: “the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”
“It is not even believable the dishonesty of the Fake News Media on the Arizona Audit results, which shows incomprehensible Fraud at an Election Changing level, many times more votes than is needed,” he wrote.
Trump also stated that the “Fake News Media refuses to write the facts” and that they “are so dishonest.”
“Arizona must immediately decertify their 2020 Presidential Election Results,” he wrote.
Trump announced that he will speak about the audit’s findings at a rally in Georgia tomorrow night.
Headline USA has not been able to find a single mainstream media outlet that reported the report’s central conclusion.
      3:00 p.m.
The Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee is receiving the results of the forensic audit.
Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, confirmed that the audit draft reflects some findings from the final report, though the draft and the final report do not match “exactly.”
Fann said the Arizona Senate did not authorize the audit to decerfity the results of the 2020 presidential election.

“Our number one goal is to make sure that we have election integrity here,” she said. “That when you go to the polls, you know that your ballot was counted, and it was counted fairly, and it was counted accurately.”

Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Warren Petersen said that he will refer any criminal findings in the forensic audit to the state’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

The first witness in the hearing, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, a pattern-recognition expert, revealed that he found 17,000 duplicate ballots in Maricopa County. Some voters cast up to four ballots, according to Ayyadurai.

Maricopa County reported zero duplicates in its final canvass.

The county stamped duplicate ballots with, “Verified and Approved [Maricopa County Elections Department.].

Maricopa County received ninety-six percent of duplicate ballots after election day.

Ayyadurai also observed a 25 percent surge in duplicate mail-in ballots on election day and for five days afterward, from Nov. 4-9.

State Sen. Wendy Rogers, a Republican, called for decertification based on this single testimony.

Over 17,000 duplicate votes!!!! Decertify the election!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The original story is below.

Leaked drafts of the Arizona Senate’s forensic audit report shows that enough illegal and fraudulent ballots entered the 2020 presidential election for the legislature to decertify President Joe Biden‘s supposed victory, The Gateway Pundit reported.

According to an early and unverified summary, the forensic audit found more potentially invalid votes than the margin that separates Biden from former President Donald Trump in the official results.

More than 55,000 potentially illegal ballots.

      Raw Forensic Data

The number of illegal ballots found in Maricopa County (more than 55,000) is over 4 times the current amount separating President Trump and Joe Biden.https://t.co/fUMjttMtvF pic.twitter.com/lhrIRKcxC1

      — Citizen Free Press (@CitizenFreePres) September 24, 2021

Arizona’s official results declared Biden the winner by about 11,000 votes.

Three categories contained the vast majority of potentially illegal ballots: mail-in ballots sent and cast from a voter’s previous address, voters who cast ballots in multiple counties, and voters who cast more mail-in ballots than they received.

These three categories reportedly resulted in more than 42,000 fraudulent votes.

Another 17 categories of illegal election practices contributed the remaining 13,000 possibly fraudulent votes.

Trump released a statement about the forensic audit’s preliminary results.

“The Fake News is lying about the Arizona audit report!,” he said in a press release. “The leaked report conclusively shows there were enough fraudulent votes, mystery votes, and fake votes to change the outcome of the election 4 or 5 times over.”

He said the audit found “fraud and cheating” that “must be criminally investigated.”

The corporate media has operated a propaganda campaign to prepare Americans to reject the forensic audit’s results.

Mainstream outlets redoubled that effort in the past few days by spreading false reports that Cyber Ninjas—the company that conducted the audit—had confirmed Biden’s alleged victory.

Arizona State Sen. Wendy Rogers, a Republican, said the draft report does not contain the audit’s full findings, meaning that fraud in the election could exceed 55,000 votes.

I just talked to Doug Logan via phone. The leaked draft is simply a draft and is only a partial report. Tomorrow’s hearing will render findings of great consequence. Then he said “God is in control”. Please pray for our audit team tomorrow as they present their findings.

The Arizona Senate will release the full report at 4 p.m. Eastern Time.

    10. What you’ve been asking for: A (fairly) complete list of (some of) the most significant claims of 2020 election miscounts, errors or fraud.

t’s easy to find articles claiming that there was no election fraud, or that it was “not widespread,” or that it was not enough to “make a difference.” It is less easy to find some of the actual complaints and allegations, unfiltered and undistorted.

Here is a (fairly) complete list of (some of) the most significant claims involving 2020 election miscounting, errors or fraud.

Please note that this resource lists allegations. It is intended neither to validate nor disprove any particular claim. The information and links help provide counterpoints to widespread, one-sided media reporting so that you can research and make your own judgements. All elections officials accused of improper counting or fraud have denied any improprieties.

The legislatures of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Michigan and Arizona are among those who have been holding public hearings on election fraud issues.

An anonymous email sent to the Justice Department criminal division and Arizona legislature alleged that in Pima County, 35,000 votes were fraudulently embedded in advance of the election on behalf of each Democratic candidate at the local and federal level. The allegation coincides with a spike or “injection” of 143,000 votes noted at 8:06 p.m. on election night.

According to the email, discussed at a hearing, Pima County Democrats held a meeting on Sept. 10, 2020 in which plans were detailed to illegally inject 35,000 votes for each Democrat at the outset in statistically adjusted embeds that could be written off as human error if audited.

There was no proper validation of 1.9 million signatures on mail in ballots.

Dominion machines were connected to the internet, according to a witness at a GOP hearing, raising serious security issues.

A hearing witness states she was instructed to allow people to vote who were not registered in the state, who were not on the voter rolls, who had out of state driver’s licenses, who not had been residents long enough, who had not registered in time or who said they were registered in another state. However, pro-Trump voters from other counties were sent away, she says. She also says somebody apparently brought homeless people from outside the precinct in to vote. She also says 13,000 votes, when counted, were unobserved by Republicans.

She says just what she personally observed over five hours in one day impacted approximately 2,000 votes. She also said a poll observer for Democrats from California told her he was there “to help turn this precinct blue… this is one of our problem ones.” He told her they were also focusing on Maricopa County.

A Republican Party leader says she watched votes for Trump be changed to or counted for Biden once they were place in the machine. In a lawsuit, she also says in parts of Maricopa County there were not proper safeguards verifying that mail-in ballots came from registered voters. She also says Republicans were not allowed a proper view of the counting process. (More to come from Arizona hearing soon…)

Allegations of “clear evidence of vote switching” from Trump to Biden, including 30,000 votes among several counties.

There were illegal votes from as many as 2,560 felons; 66,247 underage residents; 2,423 people who were not registered; 4,926 people who registered in another state after Georgia; more than 395 people who voted twice; 8,718 dead people; 2,664 who received absentee ballots outside the deadline; illegally blocked observers; failure to properly match signatures and verify identify and eligibility. That’s according to a lawsuit filed on behalf of President Trump on Dec. 4.

Statistical analysis shows Biden pulling from behind in improbably consistent increments in Georgia and other states. “On Wednesday, Nov. 4, the New York Times reported President Trump was leading in Georgia by 103,997 votes. Then the Times’ continuous voting updates showed ballots arriving for Biden in multiples of 4,800 votes over and over again. In some vote dumps, the President actually lost votes.” This continued until Biden pulled ahead by almost exactly 1,000 votes, gaining 104,984 votes in multiples of 4,800.

In Fulton County, all 900 military ballots went for Joe Biden. The 100% military vote rate for Biden seems improbably in conflict with the 2016 split, where Trump reportedly won the overall military vote 60% to 34%, according to attorney Lin Wood.

On election night, Georgia election officials suspended the vote count, citing a water leak in a master pipe. When Republican observers left, thousands of votes were counted, exclusively for Joe Biden. When people inquired, there was no work order for any leak. The only reported leak that night was a small leak in a toilet that “had nothing to do with a room with ballot counting,” according to a lawsuit filed by attorney Lin Wood. This was confirmed by a later investigation held by a state official.

Election workers put masses of ballots in the wrong stacks and blocked Republican observers; there were suspiciously “pristine” “pre-printed” ballots; thousands of voters registered at specific, fraudulent addresses; 20,311 absentee or early votes were cast by people who were registered as having moved out of state; 96,000 votes were illegally counted for Biden; absentee ballot signatures were not properly matched. That’s according to attorney Sidney Powell’s lawsuit. The lawsuit also states that Dominion voting machines allowed for manual manipulation of vote tallies and alteration of settings to put ballots in a “question” pile where they can be deleted.

Attorney and registered Democrat Carlos Silva says he observed “widespread fraud” in several precincts, always benefitting Biden. At one precinct, a stack of absentee ballots had perfectly filled out black bubbles and, as poll workers went through the stack, he heard them call out Biden’s name “more than 500 times in a row.” At a second precinct, he observed similarly filled in black bubbles for Biden on absentee ballots and poll workers moved him away from his observation position. He observed absentee ballots for Trump counted for Biden; says the required signature verification process was not being followed; and thousands of the “perfect bubble” ballots were for Biden, with no state or local candidates selected. The claims are filed in a sworn declaration.

Government data indicates “well over 100,000 illegal votes [in Georgia] were improperly counted, while tens of thousands of legal votes were not counted.” That’s according to the Thomas Moore Society’s Amistad Project, which has filed litigation questioning more than 200,000 Georgia ballots.

Some voters who requested a mail-in ballot but instead decided to vote in person on Election Day were denied the chance to vote in person, according to a witness. The witness also said many such voters were denied the opportunity to cast a “provisional” mail-in ballot on Election Day. Signatures on mail-in ballot envelopes weren’t verified during the recount, says a witness. Some counties didn’t recount ballots by hand, but improperly used machines. One observer said he saw a batch of ballots that was suspiciously “pristine,” almost all for Biden, and “there was a difference in the texture of the paper.”

At a Milton, Georgia, precinct, poll workers were asked to sign a chain of custody letter a day and a half before the voting machines arrived, according to a witness. She also said the machines were not sealed or locked as required, and the serial numbers didn’t match.

One observer described many batches of ballots in which every vote was for Biden, and says he saw that the watermark on some ballots differed from the rest.

More than 1,000 early/absentee votes were cast by people whose registered addresses are at post offices, UPS, and FedEx; willfully disguising the box numbers as ‘Apt,’ ‘Unit,’ etc. in violation of state election law. That’s according to Matt Braynard, former data and strategy director for President Trump’s 2016 campaign. (A sample of 15 such address entries in a Nov. 24 tweet):

The hand recount was not legitimate because pro-Trump observers were not allowed proper access, according to multiple observers. Some votes for Trump were placed into piles for Biden. Some ballots from the “No Vote” and “Jorgensen” candidate trays were moved to the “Biden” tray, according to one witness.

A recount monitor flagged a 9,626-vote error in the hand recount in DeKalb County, according to the chairman of the Georgia Republican Party in a declaration. One batch had 10,707 votes for Biden and 13 for Trump. But the true count was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump. Two official counters had signed off on the miscounted batch.

      1. More and more details are emerging that cast a shadow of doubt – at least – on the American election system and its performance during 2020’s presidential race.

A new report from the Gateway Pundit reveals that now two election workers in Fulton County, Georgia, have been dismissed after being accused of shredding hundreds of voter registration applications in recent weeks.

That is just one of the counties in Georgia where suspicious events on election night in 2020 gave rise to suspicious of fraud in the election.

In specific instances that have been alleged, workers were seen dumping backpacks full of ballots into ballot drop boxes, and other workers were seen pulling suitcases stuffed with ballots from under tables where they’d been hidden and running them through counting machines.

It’s part of a long list of allegations that together suggest there were significant events during the 2020 election count that provides reason for Americans to lack trust in the system.

Over the most recent situation in Georgia, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is calling for the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate.

“After 20 years of documented failure in Fulton County elections, Georgians are tired of waiting to see what the next embarrassing revelation will be,” Raffensperger said in a statement Monday. “The Department of Justice needs to take a long look at what Fulton County is doing and how their leadership disenfranchises Fulton voters through incompetence and malfeasance. The voters of Georgia are sick of Fulton County’s failures.”

The new claims against unnamed employees are just three weeks before Fulton County’s municipal elections.

“Elections are the most important function of our government,” Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts said in the release. “We have committed to transparency and integrity.”

Fox News reported that now officials will allow people who believe they are registered, but are not on election day, to cast a provisional ballot.

The Hill reported Fulton County issued a statement that the two workers may have checked out batches of applications for processing but allegedly shredded some.

They were turned in by other workers, the county said.

Raffensperger also said his own investigation will be done, too.

He noted state law requires election officials to maintain documents related to elections for 24 months after the vote.

The county already was under investigation for its elections practices after a State Election Board voted unanimously in August to create a bipartisan review panel to probe the handling of elections.

    11. Dear Patriots,

As time passes, we are seeing more confirmation of the massive and multiple ways of cheating in the November 2020 election.

For months now, anyone who raised this issue has had the left heap derision and scorn upon them. However, we are seeing that the truth does eventually make it’s way to the top.

Take some time to read these linked articles for all the background on the shocking and successful method used by Facebook mogul Mark Zuckerberg to elect Biden.

1- Mark Zuckerberg BOUGHT the 2020 election. Who knew it was for sale?

Private business has no role in elections. This goes way beyond donating money to candidates or PACs. This is a systematic scheme to take over all aspects of state elections with almost half a billion dollars.

      (The Federalist)

The 2020 Election Wasn’t Stolen, It Was Bought By Mark Zuckerberg

QUOTE: The true story of how Mark Zuckerberg privatized the government’s voter registration and vote counting for Democrats in 2020.

During the 2020 election, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent hundreds of millions of dollars to turn out likely Democratic voters. But this wasn’t traditional political spending. He funded a targeted, private takeover of government election operations by nominally non-partisan — but demonstrably ideological — non-profit organizations.

Analysis conducted by our team demonstrates this money significantly increased Joe Biden’s vote margin in key swing states. This unprecedented merger of public election offices with private resources and personnel is an acute threat to our republic, and should be the focus of electoral reform efforts moving forward.

The 2020 election wasn’t stolen — it was likely bought by one of the world’s wealthiest and most powerful men funneling his money through legal loopholes.

2- For decades, events and ideas that happened in California eventually made their way east across the country. These days, California has shown us vividly what those ideas look like when enacted. It is not pretty.

We can only pray that the new idea factory is the state of Florida, as lead by Governor Ron DeSantis. He is taking the lead by banning Zuckerberg from pouring millions of dollars into his state to influence elections.

which are highly technical in nature. I have served on technical government

    2. I am part of the management team of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC,
(ASOG). ASOG is a group of globally engaged professionals who come from
various disciplines to include Department of Defense, Secret Service,
Department of Homeland Security, and the Central Intelligence Agency. It
provides a range of security services, but has a particular emphasis on
cybersecurity, open source investigation and penetration testing of networks. We
employ a wide variety of cyber and cyber forensic analysts. We have patents
pending in a variety of applications from novel network security applications to
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) protection and safe browsing
solutions for the dark and deep web. For this report, I have relied on these
    experts and resources.

    1. The purpose of this forensic audit is to test the integrity of Dominion Voting
System in how it performed in Antrim County, Michigan for the 2020 election.

    2. We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully
designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election
results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot
errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional
errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and
no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we
conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We
further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

    1. Only the people of Wisconsin can stop the madness. They must raise their voices high. The current group of politicians will not forensically audit the results in the state, yet this is the only way to determine the valid results from the 2020 Election.

In November, a couple of days from the election, the Republican House Speaker in Wisconsin ordered a committee to look into fraudulent votes in the election a few days prior. Nothing happened as a result. It was a head fake.

In December the Republican Speaker of Wisconsin’s House set up a public hearing to discuss the results of the 2020 Election in Wisconsin. Tens of thousands of ballots (140,000) dropped for Biden in the morning of November 4th. There was no legitimate explanation for this but the state certified the election anyways.

This hearing from the Republican speaker meant nothing. Nothing happened as a result and the state certified the election for Biden with these unexplained votes included. With these Biden was given the state by 20,000 votes.

Then in March, the Wisconsin Assembly ordered an audit of the results in Wisconsin – to be performed by the state auditors. But this will never catch the fraud. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

Then Speaker Vos announced he’s hiring three retired cops to look into the 2020 Election. They too will never address the fraud. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

President Trump knows how to get to the results in Wisconsin as do the many people from Wisconsin who read TGP. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

We warned the state about the fact that only a forensic audit would address invalid audits included in the election.

Then the Speaker announced he was going to hire a former Supreme Court Justice in the state to oversee the bogus work created to date in the state. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

Here’s why the audit of the election should be a forensic audit of the ballots recorded in the election. This is because ballots are valuable like money and must be audited like you would money.

“As for Ball and Time, I don’t recall actually characterizing it.”–Bill Heath

You say you don’t recall? It is right above in your first comment here, I quote:

“Biden “legitimately” won the election with the help of a massive public disinformation campaign, proudly attested to by Time Magazine. He [Trump] did a great disservice then by claiming the election had been stolen.”–Heath [15 hr ago]

Your characterization is obvious ‘massive public disinformation campaign’.

My criticism of that characterization is that Ball’s article actually details all of the efforts made to rig the election. Two excerpts should suffice to show this:

”This is the inside story of the conspiracy to *save* the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum….

….“But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing. ”That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not *rigging* the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures.”–Molly Ball

The assertion that, *Democracy is not self-executing* is nonsense because when left to the voters to choose on there own, whiteout interference by interlopers, democracy is clearly self-executing.

No matter what term you use to describe what the Molly Ball article speaks to as per the election, calling it “save”, fortifying , meddling” “manipulate”, “interfere” “fix”, “rig”, “tilt”. “handle”, “intervene”, “control”, or “influence”; it amounts to the same thing: RIGGING THE ELECTION.

  2. How the Muller Investigation was an utter sham.

Obsession: Inside the Washington Establishment’s Never-Ending War on Trump

    by Byron York

From the moment Donald Trump was elected president – even before he was inaugurated – Democrats called for his impeachment. That call, starting on the margins of the party and the press, steadily grew until it became a deafening media and Democratic obsession. It culminated first in the Mueller report – which failed to find any evidence of criminal wrongdoing on the part of the president – and then in a failed impeachment.

And yet, even now, the Democrats and their media allies insist that President Trump must be guilty of something….

Politically, there is a big difference between the case ending with yesterday’s charges and Trump himself facing charges. Evidence of Trump’s questionable business practices — including using his presidency to help his company — has done little to change the views of his political supporters. Fighting criminal charges, however, could require much of Trump’s time and attention and complicate any potential presidential campaign in 2024.”—NY TIMES 7/2/2021

So the TIMES inadvertently reveals the true agenda behind this newest attack on Donald Trump; to prevent his regaining the presidency in 2024.

      1. With Clinton lawyer charged, the Russiagate scam is now indicted
In accusing Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann of lying to the FBI, Special Counsel John Durham offers new evidence of the fabrications behind the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory.

The indictment of Hillary Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann offers new evidence that the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory that engulfed Trump’s term in office was itself the product of fabrications involving Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

Although Sussmann faces just one count on a false statement charge, the 27-page charging document offers an expansive window into how the Russiagate scam began, and how Democratic operatives, intelligence officials, and establishment media figures dishonestly fed it to the public.

Inventing a Trump-Russia “narrative” to “please” Democratic “VIPs”
Sussmann, until recently an attorney with Clinton campaign law firm Perkins Coie, is the second person to be charged by John Durham, the Special Counsel scrutinizing the Russia investigation.

Sussmann is accused of lying to the FBI during a September 2016 meeting in which he tried to raise alarm about “secret communications” between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank. Sussmann gave then-FBI attorney Jim Baker documents and data purporting to show that computer servers associated with Trump and Alfa Bank were in regular contact. This was evidence, Sussmann argued, of a possible covert back channel. According to Durham, Sussmann told Baker that he was not working “for any client,” and was simply passing on information that had been provided to him by “multiple cyber experts” who had come across the suspicious web traffic.

But according to the detailed indictment, Sussmann was in fact trying to plant a politically motivated scam.

The theory of a purported covert Trump-Alfa channel had been cooked up by an unnamed tech executive positioning himself for a top cybersecurity job in the anticipated Clinton administration. To spread this theory to the media and intelligence community, the executive and Sussmann “coordinated”, Durham says, with Mark Elias, a colleague of Sussmann’s at Perkins Coie and the top lawyer for Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

Sussmann and Elias in turn coordinated with the private intelligence company Fusion GPS. Elias had already hired the firm — on Clinton’s behalf – to produce the Steele dossier, the collection of fabricated reports by ex-British spy Christopher Steele alleging a longstanding Trump-Russia conspiracy/blackmail relationship. According to Steele, it was Sussmann, in a July 2016 meeting, who first informed him about the Alfa Bank server story. Elias kept Clinton campaign members informed as well, including the “campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor.” In February 2017, Sussmann also met with a CIA official to push the Alfa Bank narrative.

Sussmann concealed this plot from the FBI, along with the fact that he was billing Clinton for his involvement. The meeting with the FBI’s Baker, for example, was charged to the Clinton campaign as “work and communications regarding confidential project.” In fact, according to Durham, “all or nearly all” of Sussmann’s work on the Alfa Bank story prior to meeting Baker was “billed to the Clinton campaign.”

(In Sussmann’s orbit, hiding the money trail was established Russiagate practice. His law firm Perkins Coie and the Clinton campaign concealed that they had funded the Steele dossier, until a subpoena from the GOP-controlled House Intelligence Committee forced them to admit the truth in October 2017. The FBI also concealed Steele’s Democratic funders from the FISA court when it used the dossier to obtain a surveillance warrant on Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page.)

Sussmann is charged for failing to disclose that he was acting on behalf of Clinton’s team. But the indictment makes clear that Durham has uncovered a wider deception. For weeks prior to his meeting with the FBI, Sussmann worked with the unnamed technology executive (“Tech Executive-1”), who, like the Clinton campaign, was also Sussmann’s client. The executive’s “goal”, Durham says, was to create a “narrative” about Trump’s “ties to Russia” which would ultimately “please certain ‘VIPs'” – i.e., Sussmann’s clients in the Clinton campaign.

  4. Project Veritas on Tuesday evening released video of CBS 62 insider April Moss detailing the network’s corruption.

“I’m watching my country disintegrate and if I don’t stand up and do something when I’m able to, I just don’t know that I could live with myself… No longer is true journalism being executed anymore… It is one of the greatest crimes really in history right now. Because if we are shaping the American public’s mind, then we need to be seeking truth,” April Moss said.

      1. “We will protect and defend our cherished American legacy and freedom for ourselves, for our children, and for every future generation. My fellow Americans, our movement is the greatest in American history, and it has just begun.”

      2. The most pressing matter facing advocates of liberty today is the prospect of the political and economic establishment completing the institution of a totalitarian state. There is no other way to read the multipronged approach and the political maneuverings that political operatives are taking to rule under “Biden.” I put “Biden” in quotation marks here because the current president of the United States is not a singular person named Joe Biden. It is a politburo consisting of party rulers and advisers, ruling by executive fiat, plus, as I’ll discuss, corporate-state apparatuses. Make no mistake, the power grab that is underway poses the most grievous threat to liberty in recent history.

The signals could not be any clearer. In addition to the swath of executive orders, clearly composed by politburo members and aimed at extending federal power, the political establishment has initiated a growing body of laws which would, if passed, consolidate uniparty rule for the foreseeable future.

      3. GA Election Expert Uncovers 35,000 Potential Illegal Votes – Trump Lost by 12,670
        July 15, 2021

In the months following the 2020 election, the state of Georgia made headlines for its razor-thin election results, as well as some dubious practices that called those results into question.

In an attempt to quell those fears, Georgia initiated both an audit and a statewide recount of the election results. In both cases, officials said the results confirmed now-President Joe Biden’s victory.

Yet, according to a report Friday in The Federalist by senior contributor Margot Cleveland, Georgia was still the scene of violations of “various legislative mandates designed to prevent fraud and to ensure the integrity of the vote.”

First, Georgia has a law requiring residents to cast their vote in the county where they reside unless they changed their residence during the 30 days directly prior to the election.

Congress Launches New Policy For Cars Used Less Than 49 Miles/Day
Atlanta election lawyer Jake Evans told Cleveland that if Georgia residents who moved to a new county more than 30 days before the election had voted in the county where they previously resided, “their vote in that county would be illegal.”

Cleveland also interviewed Mark Davis, president of the Duluth, Georgia-based marketing firm Data Productions Inc. and a voter data analytics expert, who has conducted an unofficial audit of the Georgia votes in November.

Davis researched data from both the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office and the National Change of Address database, which is maintained by the United States Post Office, and found almost 35,000 Georgians moved to new counties but voted in their old county, according to Cleveland’s report.

Davis said some of those moves could have been temporary, meaning the votes would still be legal. But, Cleveland noted, “approximately one-third of the votes at issue could have altered the outcome of the election.”

In addition, Davis dove even deeper into the numbers and confirmed the number of disputed votes was approaching the threshold needed to flip the results.

“When Davis ran the data, he found that, of the approximately 35,000 Georgians who indicated they had moved from one county to another county more than 30 days before the November general election, as of May, more than 10,300 had updated their voter registration information, providing the secretary of state the exact address they had previously provided to the USPS,” Cleveland reported.

“Those same 10,000-plus individuals all also cast ballots in the county in which they had previously lived.”

In other words, the moves were not the kind of temporary relocations that would have made those votes legal.

“Davis’s data proves significant because critics of Trump’s challenge to the certification of Georgia’s election results framed the NCOA information as either unreliable or of an insufficient magnitude to cast the outcome of the election in doubt,” Cleveland wrote. “But by updating their voter registration information with the same address as contained in the NCOA database, the voters themselves have established the reliability of that information.”

Davis told Cleveland the number of those cases was continuing to increase and he had “little doubt” they would eventually reach the 12,670-mark that gave Biden the victory over then-President Donald Trump in Georgia.

“Under Georgia law, a judge can order an election be redone if he or she sees there were enough illegal, irregular, or improperly rejected votes to cast the results of the election in doubt, or if they see evidence of ‘systemic irregularities,’” Davis told Cleveland.

While this evidence does not confirm Trump actually won Georgia — there’s no way of knowing which candidate the votes in question were cast for — it does revive questions about the November vote that have never been adequately addressed, such as why the pro-Biden mainstream media has such little curiosity about real, documented problems with the 2020 vote, and why courts have been reluctant to get involved.

This idea is related to one raised by podcaster Darryl Cooper in a viral tweet thread detailing the reasons Trump supporters have lingering questions about the election.

“Even the courts’ refusal of the case gets nowhere w/them, because of how the opposition embraced mass political violence,” he wrote. “They’ll say, w/good reason: What judge will stick his neck out for Trump knowing he’ll be destroyed in the media as a violent mob burns down his house?”

  5. The Mueller investigation was a sham, part of an ongoing witch hunt against Donald Trump that began the day he announced his candidacy for the presidency.

Mueller finds no collusion with Russia, leaves obstruction question open

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation did not find sufficient evidence that President Donald Trump’s campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the United States’ 2016 election and did not take a clear position on whether Trump obstructed justice.

    2. Watch: Allegations of Georgia Voter Fraud Highlighted by FNC’s Tucker Carlson

Wednesday, Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson showcased incidents of alleged voter fraud in Fulton County, GA 2020 presidential election vote tabulation.

According to Carlson, VoterGA, a group organizing a lawsuit seeking a rescan of ballots and a review of absentee ballots, alleged double-counted ballots, fabricated tally sheets and creaseless mail-in ballots.

      Partial transcript as follows:

CARLSON: On a Saturday night in late May of this year, an alarm sounded in a big nondescript warehouse in Fulton County, Georgia. The warehouse was an unlikely place for a burglary. It was under round-the-clock surveillance by both private security and local law enforcement including armed deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

Any unauthorized person entering from the outside would have to get past a locked 100-pound steel door, as well as a maze of motion detectors — not easy — but someone tried to do it, anyway and at just the perfect moment, 20 minutes after the deputies in charge of guarding the warehouse left their posts.

By the time those deputies returned to check out the alarm, someone had opened the 100-pound door to the warehouse. So, what happened that night? And why? We still don’t know.

It’s also not clear why the deputies left the warehouse or who took advantage of their absence? We do know that a lot of people might have had reason to try to get inside the warehouse.

Depending on who you ask, the building contains evidence that either confirms or refutes the claim that voter fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 election in the state of Georgia. Georgia is a place that Joe Biden won by fewer than 13, 000 votes. That warehouse holds more than 140,000 absentee ballots.

Now, what’s interesting is that for reasons that are difficult to understand, Fulton County officials have refused to let the public see any of these ballots.

An attorney called Bob Cheeley has been pushing for transparency. He has filed suit for the right to see those ballots. He hasn’t seen them all yet, but what he has found so far demands an explanation.

All of us, no matter who you voted for should want to hear that explanation. You can’t have a democracy if the public doesn’t believe election results. Increasingly, many people in this country don’t believe them.

The solution to that problem and it’s a significant problem is not to scream at these people, call them lunatics or throw them in jail. The solution is to tell the truth about what happened. The only way to restore trust in our system is with facts.

So what are the facts about the election in Fulton County, Georgia? Well, here’s the official version.

In May, the Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, a man called Robb Pitts explained that it was not necessary to look at the ballots, in fact it was ridiculous even to ask to look at the ballots because there had already been plenty of recounts and all the recounts reached the same conclusion.

Here is what Pitts said — and if it sounds familiar as you hear it, that’s because so many other people in authority have been saying pretty much the same thing.

ROBB PITTS, FULTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS: I mean, I’m really baffled about this. What do they want? We’ve had three counts already.

The elections in Fulton County, Georgia, they were open, they were fair, and they were transparent.

The votes have been certified. The election has been certified, so it’s over.

This will be the fourth one, and I can guarantee you that the results will be — of this one will be just like the results were for count one, count two, and count three. No change.

Again, our elections are open, fair, and transparent.

CARLSON: “I can guarantee you.” We already know what happened, we’ve counted those same ballots four times. The election has been certified. Stop already.

And that’s the argument that Fulton County has used in court to keep those ballots locked away in a warehouse, except it’s not true. It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia last November.

That is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true.

From the beginning, this show has tried to be fact-based when we talk about the 2020 election results. So here’s what we know tonight, factually. At least 36 batches of mail-in ballots from the November election were double-counted in Fulton County. That’s a total of more than 4,000 votes. Those numbers come from a group called Voter GA which along with Bob Cheeley sued to get them.

The final tally from the double counts we know about amounts to more than 3,300 votes for Joe Biden and 865 votes for Donald Trump.

Now before you dismiss Bob Cheeley and Voter GA as dishonest partisan actors, keep in mind that the strongly left-of-center Atlanta Journal-Constitution appears to agree with this at least in outline. The newspaper reviewed the available digital ballot images independently and concluded that hundreds of ballots were improperly duplicated.

What does that look like exactly? Well, here’s what it looks like.

At a press conference yesterday, a consultant with Voter GA called David Cross showed how we can be certain that votes in Fulton County were counted more than once. Watch.

DAVID CROSS, CONSULTANT FOR VOTER GA: What I’m going to show you here is two ballots side-by-side, one of them is marked for Jason Shaw, it’s got a little squiggle mark next to it, you can see it’s got the identical mark on the second one and the ballot image is stored up here on the top left.

So, this one over here is Scanner 5162. That’s scanner number three, batch number 235, image number 19 and that matches 234 image 59.

So you have the same ballot counted twice in the images and counted in the audit. How that’s possible, I don’t know.

CARLSON: “How’s that possible? I don’t know.” Every American should want to know because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections, otherwise known as our democracy. We’re not talking about a couple of ballots here. We’re talking about a lot of ballots, at least hundreds of ballots involved, enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election.

      Here’s another example.

CROSS: Here’s one of the next ones, all right, so same facts, number 234, image number two, and 235, image number 61, Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican all the way down to the point where this little spot up in Fani Willis matches this one over here.

So, no question that that ballot was counted twice.

CARLSON: So, what’s the explanation for this? Well, if you ask Fulton County, these discrepancies, the ones you just saw on the screen were isolated incidents, just a handful of bad ballots. It happens all the time.

The county claims that any errors were caught in previous recounts. The problem is that neither one of those claims is true. Surveillance footage obtained by Voter GA appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times.

Pay attention to the tape we’re showing you to the woman wearing yellow at the desk. According to Voter GA, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots and then reinserts the same ballots. This happens multiple times.

The question is, how many times were those ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won’t answer that question.

Now one way to know the answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly for months after the presidential election, Fulton County failed to provide more than a hundred thousand of those tally sheets including 50,000 of them for mail-in ballots.

When Voter GA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here’s what the audit found, quote: “Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as a hundred for Biden and zero for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Joe Jorgensen had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, zero votes for Trump, and zero votes for Jorgensen.”

Wait, did you just follow that? How is that not flat-out criminal fraud? We’d love to know because it certainly sounds like flat-out criminal fraud.

We’ve obtained photographs showing what went on during the recount process for mail-in ballots in Fulton County. These pictures were taken by a whistleblower who participated in the recount. She said she noticed something odd as she did. None of the ballots that she saw had any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen now.

That’s strange because of course mail-in ballots need to be bent in order to be mailed in. These ballots clearly had never been inside an envelope. And then the whistleblower noticed something else, all of the ballots, the whistleblower tells us have been filled out by a printer, not by hand and many of them supported the exact same candidates — Democrats including Joe Biden.

Voter GA detected a series of other apparent irregularities in the recount. The group’s audit found for example that quote: “Over 200 Fulton County mail-in ballot images contained votes that were not included in the hand count audit results for the November election.” Now, why is that? We don’t know.

Keep in mind, once again, the results in the State of Georgia were decided by fewer than 13,000 votes. It was a close race. Every vote mattered.

And then there’s this. An elections expert called Mark Davis analyzed data from the Post Office. He found that nearly 35,000 Georgia voters moved out of their county of residence more than a month prior to Election Day. They were ineligible to vote, and yet they did. They still voted in their old county. That is illegal. It’s not a small thing, violating election law is something we should care about.

And by law, their vote should have been excluded from the total, but they were not excluded. Why are we okay with that? Why are we okay with any of this?

  6. This is a response from a Democrat posted right under my comment with a link to the information in this post.
What is remarkable is that Mr. Larry obviously did not actually read the link that he was replying to, the information above proving that the cabal of corporatist oligarchs rigged the 2020 Presidential election.
He is telling the readership of Quora that he believes the lying mainstream media, plus he is hand-waving the information that he stedfastly refuses to even look at.
Of course I can no longer make this reply to Mr. Larry on Quora, because Quara banned me from commenting and editing my posts on their site at 6 PM on July 4th … on Independence Day… how very ironic.

You do know that “we” on the other side believe everything you’ve written to be true about the trump administration. Right? It really is exactly what I believe I see through what I think are factual news stories and first hand knowledge presented by the media I watch. It’s just human nature to pick a side that is most aligned with your own beliefs.

I feel every single story that was about the corruption and deceit concerning trump is true and factual. I do not believe a word of evil forces, or blood drinking conspiracies against the Democrats. I also believe that no matter who was the driving source of January 6, those who participated for whatever reason were wrong. Our election process was as fair as it ever is, with much scrutiny. We were told for 4 years that we are poor losers and to wait for the election and that turned out to be the case. If trump were a man who deserved to stay in office as president, there is no way he would be so perceived as a con man or a criminal. No president should act as if only those who follow him deserve to be served. Actually, I have never had the impression that trump served anyone.

and, as for your unbelievable knowledge that most of us are not privileged to know, why in hell should we believe it and if you are so enlightened then please don’t just say it here, present it to the world! Our country deserves to know! But you are not any more a credible source than I am, I’m just someone with an opinion and a keen sense of who I trust or don’t trust. Plus, I don’t like people that can’t be kind or see other people’s perspective. Maybe the biggest reason trump wasn’t re-elected-and I haven’t read any proof that the election was stolen from him any more than you believe Biden won-is because I just don’t like the way trump presents himself as a selfish cheater. He delights is cheating on his taxes and being a legal bully. He’s just not a nice person. I’m very glad he lost the election. I think the election was fair. I think the election of 2016 was cheating and karma is a bitch. I also see the Republican Party as hate-filled against average Americans and they don’t represent the ones who elected them.
And to be sure, you won’t agree with what I’ve stated about my beliefs but I’m ok with that, And I don’t expect you to change your belief for my comfort.
Think what you like. But any definitive, prove-able knowledge is always good to hear so please share it.

    1. Pennsylvania Senate Chairman Initiates Forensic Probe of 2020, 2021 Elections

BY ZACHARY STIEBER July 7, 2021

A Pennsylvania senator announced on July 7 that he has triggered a forensic investigation of the 2020 and 2021 elections.

State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, issued letters to several counties requesting information and materials that he said would enable an investigation.

“It’s distinct from an audit or forensic audit. It’s a big deep dive, like we saw in Arizona, but even deeper,” Mastriano told The Epoch Times.

“It takes a hard look at software, machine, scanners, in addition to looking at all the ballots themselves to see if they were hand-filled in or copied by a machine. So a scientific approach to get to the bottom of what happened, what went right, what went wrong in an election. It takes out all bias.”

Philadelphia County received a letter, as did two that lean Republican: York and Tioga counties.

They were asked to send over hard copies of ballots and other election materials. Mastriano expects a court battle to play out and is ready to go to his committee and request subpoena power if the counties don’t comply or indicate their willingness to comply by July 31.

A deputy for Philadelphia Commissioner Omar Sabir, a Democrat, told The Epoch Times that Sabir believes the elections were run freely and secure. He said that the commissioners are consulting with the city’s law department on the request from the state Senate. Nick Custodio, a deputy for Philadelphia Commissioner Lisa Deeley, a Democrat, said that her office is reviewing the requests.

“We do want to be clear, however, that Senator Mastriano’s letter reiterates claims about the November 2020 election that have been resoundingly rejected by courts. The repetition of baseless claims by elected officials poses a real challenge to our democratic processes. We are committed to continuing the hard work of ensuring that Philadelphians are able to exercise their right to vote,” he said in an email.

Officials in York and Tioga counties didn’t respond to requests for comment by press time.

In an op-ed sent to news outlets, Mastriano charged that there is a strong case for an investigation, noting that 2.7 million mail-in ballots were counted in the 2020 election, compared to just 263,000 in the prior presidential election. He also noted that many of the ballots were counted without signature verification.

“It would defy logic to assume that an election with the kinds of drastic changes we saw in 2020 was run perfectly with zero errors or fraud,” he said.

Federal law mandates that counties keep records that are being sought for 22 months after an election. The counties were told to produce the information by July 31.

      1. YouTube Deletes CPAC’s Video About Trump’s Lawsuit, Group Can’t Upload Content

BY JACK PHILLIPS July 11, 2021

YouTube deleted a video uploaded by the American Conservative Union, which hosts the Conservative Political Action Conference, for allegedly violating its terms and conditions about COVID-19, the group said Sunday.

In an emailed statement on Sunday, the American Conservative Union (ACU) said its video featured former President Donald Trump’s announcement he would file lawsuits against Google—as well as Facebook and Twitter.

YouTube “issued a strike against” the group’s account two days after the video was uploaded on July 9. The big tech firm, according to the statement, also “banned the organization from posting for one week.”

“As a result, YouTube has prevented ACU from sharing content from CPAC 2021 Part 2 in Dallas, Texas, including former President Donald Trump’s speech on Sunday, July 11,” the statement said. Trump is scheduled to deliver CPAC’s headliner speech on Sunday at 3:35 p.m. CT.

According to the ACU, YouTube said their video contained alleged “medical misinformation” regarding COVID-19 for the reason why it removed the video. The group said YouTube didn’t cite any examples that violated their policies.

“It is clear that YouTube censored CPAC because we stood with former President Donald Trump on his lawsuit against Big Tech,” said ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp. “This is yet another example of Big Tech censoring content with which they disagree in order to promote the political positions they favor.”

  7. Pa. State Senate Leader Launches Election-Audit Plan Similar to Arizona
‘The only reason why anyone should be opposed to this is they have something to hide…’

(Headline USA) A Pennsylvania state lawmaker is launching a forensic investigation of the state’s 2020 presidential election and demanding cooperation from counties where left-wing officials are suspected to have helped orchestrate massive and systemic vote fraud.

The plan follows the template of a similar effort in Arizona’s Maricopa County, in which auditors found significant irregularities. Other states, including Georgia and Wisconsin, have also hinted at the possibility of pursuing more in-depth examinations of their ballots.

State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, said he planned to study what type of paper was used, look for what he called software “shenanigans” and review the chain of custody for the ballots.

“As we go through the ballots, my desire is to recount them but also forensically analyze with photographic material whether the ballots were copied or filled in by a human,” he told former Trump campaign advisor Steve Bannon during a podcast interview.

On Wednesday, Mastriano issued letters to three voting districts—including the Democratic bastion of Philadelphia—delivering officials there a sweeping information request, with the threat of subpoenas for holdouts who do not respond affirmatively by July’s end.

The Associated Press reported Friday that Mastriano has solicited legal advice from a Philadelphia-based law firm about the Senate Republican caucus using private money to finance consultants and lawyers on the investigation.

In the letter, counties are asked to respond by July 31 with a plan to comply and to propose a timeline “regarding inspection, testing or sampling of items.”

The five-page information request lists 45 categories, with some similarities to the subpoena issued in Arizona to Maricopa County in January by that state’s Senate Republican majority.

    …article continued below
It includes all ballots attempted to have been cast in the November election, logs from all computers and servers used to run the election, timelines of who accessed election equipment and “a complete end-to-end election setup for use in a laboratory.”

Mastriano also warned that the committee he chairs, the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee, could vote to issue a subpoena if a county does not adhere to his request.

“The only reason why anyone should be opposed to this is they have something to hide,” Mastriano told Bannon.

Mastriano, who said more counties could receive information requests in the future, is also asking for information from May’s primary election.

Two Republican-controlled counties—Tioga and York counties—confirmed receiving letters Wednesday, as did Philadelphia—the state’s largest city, which has a long history of vote fraud.

Tioga County Commissioner Roger C. Bunn, a Republican, said he had just received an email with Mastriano’s requests and planned to get input from the board’s lawyer and the elections director before he and the other two commissioners decide how to respond.

“I certainly want our elections to be fair and honest,” Bunn said. “So we’ll see what they’re requesting and what we can do.”

A spokesman for the York County Board of Commissioners declined comment.

Philadelphia election officials said they were discussing a response with agency lawyers, although a spokesperson said Mastriano’s letter “reiterates claims about the November 2020 election that have been resoundingly rejected by courts.”

Top Senate Democrats quickly objected, saying Democrats have “grave concerns about the authority and legality of such an audit,” and in a letter asked the Senate’s Republican majority leaders to “end this misguided and political farce immediately.”

Senate Republican majority leaders have been silent about it.

Echoing similar talking points as those used unsuccessfully in Arizona, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, claimed on Twitter that Mastriano was requesting confidential and privileged information “in continued efforts to pay homage to former President Trump and further spread misinformation about our elections.”

Shapiro also suggested his office would challenge a subpoena.

Shapiro’s challenges to any Senate-issued subpoenas face better prospects of success than those waged by anti-election-integrity activists in Arizona—including those affiliated with billionaire George Soros, former president Barack Obama and the Chinese Communist Party.

Pennsylvania’s left-skewed state Supreme Court played a large role in upholding the executive overreach of Democrat officials including partisan ex-Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, who subsequently was forced to resign over her bungling of the election.

Mastriano does not suggest in the letter that his aim is to overturn Biden’s victory in the 2020 election, but rather to restore trust in elections and “adequately consider future legislation” on election law.

But he does not back off suggestions that fraud occurred, also outlining in his letter the actions of state judges and election officials in the run-up to the election.

Mastriano has said he is considering running for governor and has claimed that Trump “asked me” to run.

An enthusiastic Trump backer during last year’s election, he previously led a Senate Republican Policy Committee hearing in Gettysburg in November to which Trump called in, and Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani was the featured speaker.

In December, he signed a statement with 63 other Republican state lawmakers urging members of Congress to block Pennsylvania’s electoral votes from being cast for Biden.

Why are Democrats so afraid of forensic audits in AZ, PA, NV, GA and other states? Shouldn’t this validate Joe Biden’s victory if the audit proves he won?

Biden knows very well he is fraudulent. These audits are going to prove that to the rest of the country and the world and send the low level foot soldiers to prison for a long time. That will hurt the recruitment of the next election. So it’s bad news all across and hence Merrick garland etc will be sent to file lawsuits etc. PS: Most of the time Biden does not know much including his own name. But when he does he knows he’s Mr Fraudulent and not Mr President.

        Good morning folks

In April the Biden Administration justice department obtain a search warrant for Rudy Giuliani. And used it to search his New York City apartment and office, seizing records and electronic devices. It’s well known that Rudy exposed the Biden crime family and their illegal and unethical feelings with numerous foreign governments in regimes including Ukraine. So this was a payback from the left.

The Biden DOJ took everything but the evidence of criminal actions that were stored and Hunter Biden’s laptop! Rudy said the only incriminating thing in my house are the hunter Biden’s hard drives, and they wouldn’t take them, he said. I mean, I offered them the incriminating evidence here. I’ve got plenty of crimes for you and the FBI said no, no, we don’t want that. Rudy said it contains one crime after another including Child Pornography.

But the FBI refused to take any of it. This is the real reason the ruling class has removed Giuliani’s ability to practice law in certain areas it’s because he knows the truth, and the deep state is trying to delegitimize him.

  8. More Democrat obstruction of attempts at forensic investigations into the voting machines used to rig the 2020 presidential election:

Pennsylvania Department of State Tells Counties Not to Allow Outside Access to Voting Systems
Directive comes after state senator initiated forensic investigation into 2020, 2021 elections

Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, a Republican, said in a response that the directive “is an attack on the General Assembly’s power to review, investigate, and legislate in matters within its legislative authority, which includes Pennsylvania’s election system.”

“The Legislature has clear authority—both statutorily and constitutionally—to provide oversight and issue subpoenas. This directive tramples those rights which were specifically put in place to prevent potential abuses and overreach by the Executive Branch,” he said.

State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, added that the directive was an example of a “disturbing pattern” of obstruction and violation of constitutional powers of the state Senate by the Wolf administration that dates back to March 2019.

Wolf and other Pennsylvania executive branch officials have condemned the push by some state Republicans for an audit, saying the 2020 election ran smoothly with virtually no problems. Mastriano triggered a probe of recent elections last week, sending letters to Philadelphia, York, and Tioga counties.

Mastriano cited abnormalities in the election, including how the number of mail-in ballots increased by more than 2 million compared to four years prior and the acceptance of ballots that arrived after Election Day.

The chairman of the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee requested all ballot production, processing, and tabulation equipment that was used during the election, as well as forensic images of all election equipment and software from the equipment, according to the letter to Philadelphia County, which was obtained by The Epoch Times.

    1. Trump Releases Letter From Ex-US Attorney Alleging Barr Pressured Him Not To Probe Voter Fraud Claims

      TUESDAY, JUL 13, 2021 – 04:45 PM
Authored by Isabel van Brugen via The Epoch Times,

Former President Donald Trump on Monday released a letter he received from a former federal prosecutor in Pennsylvania last month, outlining how the attorney was allegedly pressured by former Attorney General William Barr against investigating claims of voter fraud and election irregularities in the state.

William M. McSwain, who served as the chief federal law enforcement officer in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from April 2018 to January 2021, addressed a letter (pdf) to Trump on June 9 outlining his allegations.

“U.S. Attorney from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania was precluded from investigating election fraud allegations. Outrageous!” the former president said in a statement releasing the letter.

McSwain in his letter to the former president expressed his discontent with the instructions he said he received from Barr following the November 2020 presidential election.

“President Trump, you were right to be upset about the way the Democrats ran the 2020 election in Pennsylvania,” McSwain wrote.

“On Election Day and afterwards, our Office received various allegations of voter fraud and election irregularities,” he continued.

“As part of my responsibilities as U.S. Attorney, I wanted to be transparent with the public and, of course, investigate fully any allegations.”

“Attorney General Barr, however, instructed me not to make any public statements or put out any press releases regarding possible election irregularities,” the former state attorney added.

“ I was also given a directive to pass along serious allegations to the State Attorney General for investigation—the same State Attorney General who had already declared that you could not win.”

Days before the presidential election last year, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro wrote on Twitter that “Trump is going to lose” if “all the votes are added up” in Pennsylvania.

McSwain said that while he “disagreed with that decision,” he did as instructed as “those were my orders.”

He added, “As a Marine infantry officer, I was trained to follow the chain of command and to respect the orders of my superiors, even when I disagree with them.”

Barr in December 2020 told The Associated Press that the U.S. Justice Department had uncovered no evidence of voter fraud “on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”

A month earlier, Barr had issued a directive to U.S. attorneys nationwide authorizing them to probe any “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the certification of the presidential election.

The Department of Justice didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment from The Epoch Times.

Trump last month said during an appearance on Just the News’ “Water Cooler” that he never admitted defeat in last year’s presidential election and that he has “not conceded.”

      1. President Trump, you were right to be upset about the way the Democrats ran the 2020
election in Pennsylvania – it was a partisan disgrace. The Governor, the Secretary of the
Commonwealth, and the partisan State Supreme Court made up their own rules and did not
follow the law. Even worse, the State Attorney General, Josh Shapiro – the very person
responsible for the enforcement of state election law – declared days before Election Day
that you could not win the election. It would be hard to imagine a more irresponsible
statement by a law enforcement officer, especially during a hotly contested election.
In light of such statements, it is hardly surprising that many Pennsylvanians lack faith
        in our state’s election results.

On Election Day and afterwards, our Office received various allegations of voter fraud
and election irregularities. As part of my responsibilities as U.S. Attorney, I wanted to
be transparent with the public and, of course, investigate fully any allegations. Attorney
General Barr, however, instructed me not to make any public statements or put out any
press releases regarding possible election irregularities. I was also given a directive to pass
along serious allegations to the State Attorney General for investigation – the same State
Attorney General who had already declared that you could not win. —

  9. American Shadow Creatures Exposed: But Will the Empire Still Win the Day?

    © Photo: Matthew Ehret
It is rare in life to experience a sustained ray of light shine upon the shadow creatures that have so long perverted recent history. At times, a bit of light has shone upon these creatures, but never for very long.

From 1869-1872, the world got to see these creatures exposed when the first international criminal case occurred between Britain and the USA known as the Alabama Claims affair. The outcome of this case found Britain guilty of militarily supplying the Confederate South during the Civil War which nearly saw the dissolution of the Union between 1861-1865. While many supporters of Lincoln knew that vast Confederate operations in British Canada were vital in executing the war (and also guiding Lincoln’s 1865 assassination), international distractions and corruption from within America resulted in little more than a $15 million slap on the wrist while all sins were deemed forgotten and the shadow creatures went promptly back to work.

In 1934, the light shone again upon the shadow creatures when General Smedley Butler blew the whistle on a fascist coup plot led by the top echelons of the Anglo-American banking establishment against Franklin Delano Roosevelt. His exposure to Congress and the media again shed light onto the dark creatures crawling around inside of America’s soul and saved the republic from an early slide into fascism which certainly would have found itself allied with fascist forces of Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan and Britain during the course of the war that was yet to occur. While FDR survived his 1933 assassination attempt, 1934 coup attempt and prolonged war with Wall Street and the City of London, the light was kept focused upon the shadow creatures for a number of years… but then he died before accomplishing his grand vision. His allies like Harry Hopkins, Henry Wallace, Dexter White, Sumner Wells and others who shared his anti-colonial vision to internationalize the new deal were targeted for destruction under the new FBI-led fascism of the Cold War age and the shadow creatures again took power.

JFK, Malcolm X, Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. did their best to shine light upon the darkness and right the wrongs of this imperial impulse within America’s deep state (that really never left with the United Empire Loyalists in 1776)… but their candles were also snuffed out.

The common thread among the great American leaders of the 19th and 20th centuries mentioned above was their devout commitment to the principles enshrined in the American constitution, and the internationalization of those principles in the form of anti-colonial programs for rail and industrial development for all peoples. This traditionally American concept of a global system was premised upon certain principles of “open system economics”, “win-win cooperation”, interconnectivity with a focus on rail and the defense of national sovereignty. The British System of governance on the other hand was premised upon closed system, zero-sum thinking, monetarist, and antithetical to national sovereignty.

Beautifully describing this clash between two paradigms, Henry Carey who would become Lincoln’s leading economic advisor and champion of the spread of the American System globally stated in his Harmony of Interests (1851):

“Two systems are before the world; the one looks to increasing the proportion of persons and of capital engaged in trade and transportation, and therefore to diminishing the proportion engaged in producing commodities with which to trade, with necessarily diminished return to the labor of all; while the other looks to increasing the proportion engaged in the work of production, and diminishing that engaged in trade and transportation, with increased return to all, giving to the laborer good wages, and to the owner of capital good profits… One looks to pauperism, ignorance, depopulation, and barbarism; the other in increasing wealth, comfort, intelligence, combination of action, and civilization. One looks towards universal war; the other towards universal peace. One is the English system; the other we may be proud to call the American system, for it is the only one ever devised the tendency of which was that of elevating while equalizing the condition of man throughout the world.”

Russiagate: more than just another scandal

Today, as the world finds itself again caught between two opposing systems (multipolar vs unipolar), the light has found itself cast upon America’s shadow creatures as the scheme known as Russiagate which promised to undo the 2016 election and accelerate America’s war with Russia (and China) has lost those remnants of viability it once enjoyed.

In recent weeks, Richard Grenell (acting director of National Intelligence) put more water on the fires of the Russiagate myth by forcing the release of thousands of pages of testimonies and side evidence of 53 people including many high level Deep State operatives embedded within the Obama state department, cabinet and Five Eyes intelligence apparatus. Upon inspection, many of these testimonies revealed that leading players of the effort to overthrow Trump admitted to Congress that they knew of no collusion between the Trump Campaign and Russia although continued to lie to the media for years that such collusion did exist. These testimonies and side evidence also revealed that Trump’s allies like Michael Flynn, Roger Stone and George Papadopolous were targeted for entrapment by the FBI and CIA. Emails from the FBI’s Counterintelligence head Bill Priestap were especially candid asking “what is our goal? Truth/admission or to get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

The released evidence also revealed that Comey’s FBI not only held a meeting with Obama and a team of officials in the Oval Office on January 6, 2020 to discuss entrapment procedures targeting Flynn, but Comey’s Assistant Deputy Director of the FBI Peter Strzok proceeded to command the FBI to keep the ‘Operation Razor’ investigation on Flynn open even though the department had publicly committed to dropping the operation on January 5 finding no evidence of Russian collusion after 3 months of surveillance. This extension gave Comey time to arrange the “casual meeting” between his agents Strzok and Bill Priestap in Flynn’s office on January 26, 2016 in order to discuss the content of Flynn’s discussion with the Russian Ambassador Kislyak wherein the General bit the bait and told the lie that he relayed his discussion to the Vice President.

All original notes of the meeting supposedly compiled by the two agents interviewing Flynn were promptly lost and replaced with heavily edited commentaries by Strzok’s love interest Lisa Page who were both later caught red handed admitting to be the “resistance” committed to bringing down Trump from within Washington. Other evidence made public in recent weeks revealed that three dozen Obama officials and intelligence operatives made “unmasking requests” to the FBI-riddled Justice Department in order to make Flynn’s name public in the recorded transcripts with the Russian Ambassador.

All in all, Attorney General Barr’s decision to drop all charges against Flynn (and hopefully Roger Stone who was similarly targeted) makes a lot of sense.

A Word on the Steele Dossier

Three years of investigations including the incredible Horrowitz report of December 2019 have demonstrated startling abuses of power from the FBI, and deep seated connections between the FBI and CIA with the DNC, Hillary Campaign, Perkins Coie (the DNC law firm) and MI6’s Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS. Steele’s dodgy dossier itself was funded by the Hillary Campaign and the DNC via the law firm Perkins Coie which also gave funds to Steele’s American partner Fusion GPS on whose board sit figures such as the husband of Obama’s senior policy advisor Shailagh Murray, and the wife of the DOJ’s 4th highest official Bruce Ohr.

The fact that the blatant lies were compiled on the DNC/Clinton dime by British intelligence and then distributed to leading FBI-connected media mouthpieces like the NY Times, Mother Jones, Washington Post and Buzzfeed was not a coincidence and neither was the role of Steele’s former boss Richard Dearlove who also acts as advisor to Steele’s Orbis enterprise.

While running MI6, Sir Dearlove not only gave the world the dodgy “yellowcake” dossier in 2002 which justified the destruction of Iraq but was the figure who advised Steele to give the dossier to the UK government in the Autumn of 2016 and then send it to officials in the USA. It was in this manner that the dossier made its way into the hands of James Comey and James Clapper who leaked it’s existence via a memo to the National Endowment of Democracy’s David Kramer and Buzzfeed.

This dossier was not only was instrumental in justifying the FISA warrants used to surveil the Trump Campaign- giving rise to the Robert Mueller witch hunt that contaminated three years of American history and did irreparable damage to U.S.-Russian relations, but also induced the late Cold Warrior John McCain to call for the activation of NATO’s article 5 threatening to put America on a war footing with Russia.

There is no such thing as “former MI6”.

Steele is such an ugly figure in this story that a few additional words should be said on the man who had served as the head of MI6’s Moscow bureau recruiting and handling oligarchs and other spies during the dark days of the 1990s. After this stint, Steele acted as case officer of the anti-Kremlin journalist (and Boris Berezovsky employee) Alexander Litvinenko who turned out more useful dead than alive in 2006 with Steele being the first to lay the blame on Putin. Later, Steele acted as advisor to Victoria Nuland during the State Department-led overthrow of Ukraine’s government in February 2014. Very little that has been destructive during the past few years have been untouched by Steele as Newsweek even revealed that Steele’s firm Orbis (which was used to compile the dossier along with Fusion GPS and on whose board sits Sir Dearlove) had direct connections with another Russian defector… Sergey Skripal.

    1. Lord Malloch Brown Revealed: The British Hand Behind the Coup Shows Its Scales Again

      Matthew Ehret | November 17, 2020

Throughout the four-year drama of Russiagate, the hand of British intelligence has revealed itself continuously.

From the obvious role of Sir Richard Dearlove and his former MI6 underlying Christopher Steele who together played a driving role in shaping the dodgy dossier, to their involvement with Oxford Rhodes Scholar Strobe Talbott in composing, promoting and marketing the fraudulent dossier to targeted members of Congress and media, to British Ambassador Sir Darroch caught “flooding the zone” with British intelligence assets to shape Trump’s perception of the world, to the array of British entrapment operations that targeted Michael Flynn as early as 2014 in London… wherever one looks, the hand of British intelligence seems to be everywhere.

While vast effort is made to downplay the British roots of the deep state by the media which tends to portray this problem from a partisan narrative of “democratic party corruption”, this sleight of hand misses the causal nexus and demands we believe that the tail truly wags the dog.

  10. Headline USA) President Joe Biden invoked Nazis and Confederates while insisting Tuesday that Democrat efforts to block state-led voting reforms were an urgent national “test of our time.”

After the suspicious circumstances of Biden’s own election, several GOP-led state legislatures were spurred to pursue audits and try to close loopholes exploited by Democrats during the pandemic.

“No other election has ever been held under such scrutiny, such high standards,” Biden complained of the 2020 race.

While speaking in Philadelphia, where a new push is underway to audit the 2020 voting, Biden ratcheted up his rhetoric to refer to election-integrity supporters as racists.

    …article continued below
“We are facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War,” Biden bogusly claimed.

“That’s not hyperbole,” he continued, denying the obvious fact that it was. “…The Confederates back then never breached the Capitol as insurrectionists did.”

Similar rhetoric has been slammed by Americans who say it inappropriately glosses over the challenges of the 20th century, including the civil rights battle that was vehemently opposed by segregationist Democrats—some of whom Biden considered friends.

Biden also quoted Nazi leader Adolf Hitler in the unhinged remarks, referring to the “big lie” that Hitler first coined in his autobiography, Mein Kampf.

Despite his ranting and raving on Tuesday, Biden avoided any mention of trying to alter the Senate filibuster rule that stands in the path of Democrats’ efforts to impose a unilateral power-grab for themselves through the controversial H……

Trump responded to the attack with his own statement—one of several he issued Tuesday via email that addressed election-integrity issues and the vote-fraud that occurred in the 2020 election.

He noted one of Biden’s signature gaffes, but then questioned what his successor was even trying to communicate.

“Biden just said 150 people voted in the 2020 Presidential Election (Scam!)” Trump wrote.

“On the assumption that he meant 150 million people, and based on the fact that I got 75 million+++, that would mean that Biden got 75 million votes, which is 6 million votes less than what they said they got,” he continued. “So what is that all about? Are they already conceding 6 million votes?”

Biden’s remarks came as Pennsylvania Democrats tried to fight a legislative audit of the notoriously corrupt Philadelphia, the largest city in the state, which mysteriously found hundreds of thousands of votes to reverse a Trump lead in the days after the election and deliver 20 electors to the Democrat candidate.

The speech was intended as the opening salvo of a public pressure campaign, White House aides said.

House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, a longtime Biden ally, urged this week that the filibuster be modified for voting rights legislation.

Rev. Al Sharpton, who attended Biden’s address, called it a “good speech,” but said he told Biden that advocates won’t let up on him over the filibuster.

“I told him that I was going to stay on him about the filibuster,” he told reporters. ’We’re still waiting on the filibuster.”

Although not abandoning hope of legislative action, the West Wing has been shifting focus to other measures, including legal retaliation being waged by the Biden Justice Department and far-left activist-backed action in individual states, according to officials.

Some frustrated aides, seeing the reality in the Senate, believe too much of a focus has been placed on federal legislative measures and think that civic and business groups can also play a role in fighting the voting restrictions. They note that an outcry in Georgia helped water down some of the GOP’s proposed plans there.

“Our backs are against the wall. This is the moment. We have no more time,” said Sherrilyn Ifill, president of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, after the meeting. “I told the president: We will not be able to litigate our way out of this threat to black citizenship.”

  11. Trump Winds and Biden Whirlwinds

The Left is well on its way to incurring a massive pushback, with the potential to make the Tea Party boomerang seem like small stuff.
By Victor Davis Hanson | July 11, 2021

Victimizers quickly becoming victims is a recurrent theme of Thucydides’ history. In his commentary on the so-called stasis at Corcyra, he offers his most explicit warning about the long-term dangers of destroying legal institutions, customs, and traditions that serve the common good for short-term gain.

The historian notes that in the inevitable yin and yang of politics, the destroyers inevitably will seek, but do so in vain, refuge in what they have destroyed. Between 2017 and 2021 the Left has done exactly that.

What was common to the media’s deification of the criminally minded Michael Avenatti, and the promotion of a series of abject hoaxes? Do we remember the Steele “dossier,” the supposed authority of Fusion-GPS, the Schiff “report,” and the entire Russian “collusion” yarn?

Do we recall how the Left invented the Charlottesville construct out of a supposedly racist and unqualified endorsement by the president of the Klan and neo-Nazis? Who has forgotten the charge of “racism” for merely connecting the origins of COVID-19 to a Wuhan, level-4 security, gain-of-function-research, Chinese-military-affiliated virology lab rather than to a chopped-up wet bat or pangolin?

Do we remember the names of our supposed best and brightest retired intelligence officials who lied shamelessly and on spec for the Biden campaign, claiming that Russian “disinformation” accounted for a supposedly fictitious Hunter Biden’s laptop? And are the fabrications by Joe Biden and the media—that men with guns staged an “armed insurrection” of January 6 and “killed” officer Brian Sicknick—the new standard of truth?

What ties together the efforts of Robert Mueller’s 22-month, $40 million witch hunt, and the two impeachment proceedings—the last dispensing with witnesses, formal hearings, cross-examinations, a special prosecutor, and the Chief Justice presiding, all in mob-like efforts to try to convict in the Senate now private citizen Donald Trump? Must a Joe Biden, one day as president-emeritus and private citizen, fear that there will be no statutes of limitation to his vulnerability, when the vast trove of Hunter Biden’s laptop is finally accessed and turned over to a future hostile congress or federal prosecutor?

What is the common denominator of the Lt. General Michael Flynn debacle, the unmasking and leaking of surveilled American citizens, the nonstop politicized commentaries of retired military officers, and the weaponization of the intelligence agencies? What binds together the text trove of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the cleansing of FBI cell phones, or the forgeries of FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith?

What was the catalyst that turned a left-wing Democratic Party into a cultural revolutionary mob? In other words, why in our 233rd year of the republic are Democrats so intent to destroy the Electoral College, pack the court, admit new states to the Union, junk the filibuster, and federalize national election laws? What was so wrong with assimilation, integration, intermarriage, the “content of our character,” and race as incidental rather than essential to who we are? What has the woke revolution offered us instead?

Since when did regaining a House majority equate to impeaching a president on the eve of a reelection campaign, with his future and fiercest campaign opponents possibly as senators to be sitting in judgment on him in any Senate trial? What was common to all the “bombshells” and “walls are closing in” mythologies regarding meetings with Russians in Trump Tower, or mysterious “pings” of Trump tower machines automatically communicating with Russians, or the certain impending indictments of the Trump family?

Since when do we go back over three decades to destroy a Supreme Court nominee, with rumors of teenage drinking and supposed sexual harassment, charges brought without independent witnesses and evidence, but with plenty of solid refutation?

When did the 25th Amendment become a political tool to remove a president before a scheduled election? Since when does a Yale professor become a congressional deity for unprofessionally tele-diagnosing the president as mentally enfeebled—to the acclaim of Congress? Since when do the acting FBI head and the acting Attorney General spin mad ideas of entrapping the president with a wire to oust him as crazy?

Since when do former officials and public intellectuals write openly about the possibilities of a coup d’etat? Or when was it honorable for an “anonymous” and supposedly “important” administration insider to brag publicly about deliberately obstructing and undermining a president, or for retired admirals to address the nation in op-eds raising the possibility of removing a president “the sooner, the better”? What exactly does “sooner” mean?

The ties that bound all these melodramas over the last four years were threefold: 1) venomous hatred of outlier, controversial, and combative Trump; 2) the sanctimonious, near-religious belief that any means necessary were justified in the noble aim of destroying his presidency—and damn any lasting damage to traditional customs and constitutional norms; and 3) no counterforce would ever dream of doing to the Left what it was doing to destroy Trump.

Now we have a new president, a new administration, and a media that has gone from hysterical and venomous hatred of a president to sudden puppy-dog obsequiousness. In a blink, the national press corps molted its National Enquirerexoskeleton and revealed its inner flabby Pravda essence.

What are the lasting consequences of all this madness?

The Left should hope that House Republicans are Marquess of Queensberry players and do not emulate the Democrats’ behavior. They should hope that a Republican chairman of the House intelligence committee would not monitor the phone records of Representative Adam Schiff (D-Calif.). For if the opposition did gain the majority in November 2022, Joe Biden’s past involvement with foreign monied interests, and the evidence of his shady behavior from his own son’s laptop texts offer a far more convincing case of impeachable offenses—failure to report to the IRS off-the-books income, influence peddling, and abject lying about foreign quid pro quo involvement—than does a single Ukrainian phone call. All that exposure is well aside from Biden’s deliberate decision not to enforce, as his job requires, federal immigration law.

Is screaming that the Trump boys were crooked, about to be indicted, and should be investigated nonstop a good precedent for federal fishing investigations of Hunter Biden? The mystery of Hunter Biden’s audacity and shamelessness seems now simple: as his recent “artist” scam, and the excuses of the White House for his artifices, show, Hunter will never, ever stop his grift.

Why? Aside from the easy lucre, a cynic might conclude that Hunter expresses bitterness at his own “clean” father for not appreciating dirty Hunter’s own slimy and raunchy “sacrifices” to enrich the Biden family in general, and in particular the “big guy” and Mr. “10 percent.” In truth, Hunter’s spite increasingly borders on implicit blackmail of his presidential father, as if something like, “You owe me, so cut me some slack—or perhaps if I go down, so does the family.”

In sum, Hunter is kryptonite to the White House and not just because of his drugs, his pornography, his women, and his criminality, but because in his delusions at least he thinks that all he did was the cost of business for the Biden family, and the proof of his pudding is in his family’s voracious eating.

If the media can force a compos mentis president to take the Montreal Cognitive Assessment to stop the hysteria that he is both enfeebled and should be removed, what do we then do with a Joe Biden who is the first president since Woodrow Wilson who often seems not mentally or cognitively up to the job? Keep talking about Joe’s favorite ice cream or the décor of Air Force One?

Are we now to expect dissident retired generals and conservative admirals soon to swarm the airways and op-eds columns claiming that Biden is derelict, non compos mentis, and, in McCarthyite style, scanning the ranks for mythical insurrectionaries and thus using the tactics of the Nazis and Mussolini to divide us? Is that our new standard? If a Biden campaign helper or advisor is brought up on charges, will Fox, in CNN style, accidentally show up at the home of the accused to film a SWAT team arrest?

In truth, constitutional protections, sane media coverage, and acceptable behavior for the top echelon of the political-military-intelligence-industrial complex were abandoned during 2016. The old rules were jettisoned on the assumption that the nation’s moral superiors and Platonic guardians had the right, and indeed, the duty, to suspend norms and traditions for our own greater good of sandbagging a political campaign, undermining a presidential transition, and removing the elected Donald Trump any way possible.

    1. BOOM! Arizona Senate Audit Team CAUGHT THEM! Ballots were on WRONG PAPER

Doug Logan the CEO of Cyber Ninjas described how there were several ballot boxes with duplicated ballots!

This was a powerful segment from Thursday’s hearing.

Doug Logan then went on to display examples of several ballots on wrong paper stock.

Jovan Pulitzer posted the image of the off-track ballots.

According to Senate President Karen Fann this may confirm the “Sharpiegate” scandal that was called a scam by the liberal media!

The sharpie pens BLED THROUGH the fake ballots?

  12. Hard Evidence: Duplicate Ballots Were Counted in Fulton County in 2020 Election

As we have previously reported Fulton County election officials cleared out election observers and the media from the State Farm Arena on election night, but a handful of people stayed behind and continued to count ballots in private from around 10:30 pm until 1:00 am.

As The Gateway Pundit first reported in December 2020 — This included scanning the same sets of ballots multiple times.

In GA, Biden received 98% of a 23,487 batch of votes at 12:18 am.

The largest and most anomalous vote update happened at 1:34 am on Nov. 4, with 136,155 votes going to Biden and 29,115 votes going to Trump.

And there’s more from several witnesses:

Claims made by six hand count auditors in the Civil Action allege they had observed:

There were over 106,000 ballots adjudicated in Fulton County, during the 2020 election, an enormous number.

Now this… On Tuesday hard proof was released of identical ballots being counted in Fulton County during the 2020 election.

FULTON COUNTY, GA: @VoterGa presents evidence of duplicate scanned batches uncovered from ballot images obtained from lawsuit. Identical markings/writing prove ballots counted multiple times, compromising official certified election results! @RealAmVoice

    1. Analysis of Ballot Images in Georgia County Shows ‘Provable Fraud’ in Audit: Election Integrity Group

A group seeking to ensure that elections are run fairly said this week that an in-depth analysis of mail-in ballot images obtained through a court order shows that the hand-count audit in Fulton County, Georgia, last year “was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.”

The analysis turned up at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots, containing 4,255 votes, that were added redundantly to the audit results, according to Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA). Nearly 3,400 were for Democrat Joe Biden.

The team examining the ballots also found seven audit tally sheets (pdf) they believe were falsified to contain fabricated vote totals. In one example, the group said, a batch containing 59 ballot images for Biden and 42 for former President Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and zero for Trump.

The analysis revealed that 923 (60 percent) of the 1,539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes that were incorrectly reported in the county’s official 2020 election result, compared to the audit totals, VoterGA said.

“We believe that there is massive audit errors,” Garland Favorito, founder of the group, told a press conference in Georgia on July 13.

The group received the images as part of a court case after it petitioned in late 2020 to get clearance to inspect all mail-in ballots cast in the county in the 2020 election, alleging that fraud took place. The petition cited witnesses to the alleged fraud, including Favorito and other poll watchers and workers.

Henry County Judge Brian Amero, who is overseeing the case, ordered in March that scanned ballot images be made available to the petitioners. Amero late last month let part of the election lawsuit proceed.

Asked about the new claims, a Fulton County spokeswoman told The Epoch Times via email: “This is related to a matter that is the subject of pending litigation. Therefore, we do not wish to respond.”

A spokesman for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, referred requests for comment to Fulton County.

Favorito said elected officials have known about the discrepancies “for a long, long time,” and he accused them of having “covered it up.”

Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), who is challenging Raffensperger in the Republican secretary of state primary, in a video called on him to resign.

“In Fulton County, there is now undeniable proof of voter irregularity if not outright voter fraud,” he said, pointing to the evidence presented by VoterGA.

Raffensperger has claimed that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election, which saw Biden beat Trump in Georgia by fewer than 12,000 votes, out of over 4.9 million cast.

Trump said in a statement on July 14: “The news coming out of Georgia is beyond incredible. The hand recount in Fulton County was a total fraud! They stuffed the ballot box—and got caught. We will lose our Country if this is allowed to stand.”

Biden, in remarks delivered on July 13, noted that election results were recounted three times in Georgia.

Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker | JULY 19, 2021

“Take all of the dead people that voted, and there were thousands of them, by the way. We have lists of obituaries,” Trump argued. “If you take the illegal immigrants that voted. If you take this—Indians that got paid to vote in different places. We had Indians getting paid to vote! Many, many different things, all election-changing.”

Trump zeroed in on large cities in Michigan and Pennsylvania, both of which he lost to Biden, that are home to many Black people and historically vote heavily Democratic. “Look, everyone knows that Detroit was so corrupt. Everyone knows that they literally beat up people there, they hurt people to get the vote watchers out, our vote watchers, Republican vote watchers,” he said. He added, “Philadelphia, highly corrupt in terms of elections. There were tremendous irregularities that went on there, including the fact that you had more votes than you had voters.”

He was still fixated on the **debunked** water main conspiracy in Fulton County, Georgia. “They say, ‘Water main break!,’ everyone leaves—everyone leaves—and then you have these people go in with two or three other people, all their people, run to the table where ballots are…this table which had a skirt on it, opened the skirt and took out the ballots and started stuffing the ballot boxes,” he said. “It was reported on every newscast.”

** Of course the second half of my article above deals with the proof that the event at State Farm Arena took place exactly as Trump described it..

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Business groups urge U.S. election candidates, all Americans to be patient until votes counted
    By Reuters Staff

WASHINGTON, Nov 4 (Reuters) – Business groups across the United States on Wednesday urged Republican President Donald Trump, his Democratic challenger Joe Biden, the media and all Americans to allow time to count all valid ballots cast in the close 2020 election.

Trump declared victory early Wednesday, made unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud, and called for the counting of ballots to be halted, shocking even some fellow Republicans and sending a chill through the U.S. business community.

Biden is leading the electoral college tally based on ballots counted as of Wednesday afternoon but the picture is unclear in Michigan, Pennsylvania and some other states.

The Trump campaign sued Michigan to stop its count and said it would seek a recount in another battleground state, Wisconsin, that was won by Biden.

The leaders of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the AFL-CIO, the largest U.S. labor federation, the National Association of Evangelicals and the National African-American Clery Network said in a joint statement that violence, intimidation and other tactics would weaken the country.

“A free and fair election is one in which everyone eligible to cast a ballot can, all ballots are counted consistent with the law, and the American people, through their votes, determine the outcome,” the statement said.

AOC is making a Stalin-type enemies list. This is what happens when petty tyrants get a modicum of power.

I have read enough of this psychosluts commentary in the news to know that she is a Neo-Marxist ÜberLiberal twirlybird nutcase, almost as dangerous as bitch Pelosi. And ‘almost’ only because she doesn’t wield as much political power as Pelosi.

There are facts beyond AOC’s personal proclivities that show a concerted DNC effort to identify and attack Trump supporters in a very seriously dangerous and deranged way.

A review of the statements of Gen Milley (the Woke) is sufficiant to grasp that there is a serious intent for a purge taking place.

Another Tweet of smug sinister intent by Ocasio-Cortez:

Perhaps someone with apparent sympathy to her cause can help us here.

What do you say Mr. Rose?

What are the transgressions of Trump supporters that need prosecution?

  15. Dominion Sues Newsmax, OANN for Claims Made Regarding 2020 Election

Dominion Voting Systems is suing Newsmax and One America News Network, claiming that the conservative news outlets and their contributors spread disinformation about the voting machine company by reporting on the controversial 2020 election and numerous theories relating to voter fraud.

Dominion said in a news release Tuesday that it would target both media companies, as well as individuals who reported for them or appeared as contributors following the contested election in which Dominion was accused of malfeasance leading to a victory for Democrats on Election Day.

“Today, legal representatives for Dominion Voting Systems filed defamation complaints against Newsmax Media Inc. in the Superior Court of Delaware, and against Herring Networks Inc. — owner of One America News (OAN) Network — and Patrick Byrne in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia,” Dominion said in the release.

Byrne is the former CEO of Overstock.com and frequently weighed in on the election while appearing as a guest on Newsmax.

Congress Launches New Policy For Cars Used Less Than 49 Miles/Day
“Also named in the complaint against One American News Network are Herring Networks owners Robert Herring and Charles Herring, as well as One America News Network personalities Chanel Rion and Christina Bobb,” the release added.

A lawsuit filed Tuesday against Newsmax accuses the outlet of defamation.

“Newsmax spread these lies by broadcasting and promoting interviews with discredited figures such as Sidney Powell, Rudolph Giuliani, Patrick Byrne, and Mike Lindell. But Newsmax went further, helping create and nurture the false and fabricated Dominion narrative by endorsing these known falsehoods as the ‘truth,’ and falsely claiming the lies had corroborated Newsmax’s own ‘investigations.’”

Dominion’s suit further said Newsmax “created an entire brand out of defaming Dominion.”

“For example, Newsmax developed an entire segment on its Greg Kelly Reports show based on Powell’s provably false claim that ‘millions of votes’ were ‘shifted by the software that was designed expressly for’ the purpose of rigging the election,” Dominion alleged.

In another Tuesday suit against OANN, Dominion targeted not only the company and its owners, but also reporters Chanel Rion and Christina Bobb.

“Dominion emerged from the election with arguably the most-tested, most scrutinized, and most proven voting technology in recent history,” the company claimed in its suit against OANN. “What should have been a triumph, however, turned to disaster — not because of anything Dominion did, but because of the lies that influential media companies like One America News Network (OAN) promoted.”

“OAN helped create and cultivate an alternate reality where up is down, pigs have wings, and Dominion engaged in a colossal fraud to steal the presidency from Donald Trump by rigging the vote,” the suit added.

Dominion then went after Rion and Bobb, both of whom reported on claims that votes were flipped during the election.

“To capitalize on the interest its target audience had in the false Dominion narrative … Chief White House Correspondent, Chanel Rion … began producing an entire line of programming exclusively devoted to defaming Dominion,” the company claimed.

Bobb was accused of falsely reporting Dominion “rigged” the election.

“Rion was not the only one to spread lies about Dominion on the air at OAN. She was joined by Christina Bobb, another OAN personality who, while also falsely accusing Dominion of rigging the election and stealing it from Trump, was simultaneously and covertly moonlighting as a Trump Campaign advisor.”

Dominion is asking for over $1.6 billion in damages from both Newsmax and OANN. The company claims each outlet’s respective reporting on its role in the election caused it repetitional harm and prevented it from growing into a multi-billion dollar corporation.

Both networks are also accused of reporting on Dominion’s alleged role in “rigging” elections in order to not only compete with Fox News, but to also court favor with former President Donald Trump.

The newly filed lawsuits are just the latest by Dominion. The company has previously sued Fox News, along with Lindell, Giuliani and Powell.

Those suits have yet to be resolved.

As of the time of this article’s publication, none of the defendants listed in the company’s lawsuits have officially responded.

Testing Theories of American Politics: Elites, Interest Groups, and Average Citizens

by Martin Gilens and Benjamin I. Page

    –who write in their introduction:

Each of four theoretical traditions in the study of American politics—which can be characterized as theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy, Economic-Elite Domination, and two types of interest-group pluralism, Majoritarian Pluralism and Biased

Pluralism—offers different predictions about which sets of actors have how much influence over public policy: average citizens; economic elites; and organized interest groups, mass-based or business-oriented. A great deal of empirical research speaks to the policy influence of one or another set of actors, but until recently it has not been possible to test these contrasting theoretical predictions against each other within a single statistical model.

We report on an effort to do so, using a unique data set that includes measures of the key variables for 1,779 policy issues.

Multivariate analysis indicates that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence.

The results provide substantial support for theories of Economic-Elite Domination and for theories of Biased Pluralism, but not for theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy or Majoritarian Pluralism.

  17. Audit Report: Thousands of GA Ballots Rejected by Voting Machines
    August 11, 2021

There were 148,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County and 5,000 of them required human review, Just the News reported. The article noted that there were hundreds of ballots that could readily be defined as spoiled, but the vote still counted.

Why? Because, “Georgia regulation gives election officials broad discretion to try to determine the intent of a confused voter, and actually encourages them to find a way to make flawed ballots count,” Just the News reported.

    Did you read that?

Election officials get to figure out what voters were trying to communicate! Even when the absentee ballot rule spells out that unclear ballots are spoiled.

Just the News also cited a ballot that had markings next to both candidates’ names, a clear case where “spoiled” should have been placed on it by the voter. But that never happened. Instead, the ballot was adjudicated in Biden’s favor, with, again, the notation “Mark removed for Donald J. Trump.”

Every other race in that case was also marked for the Democratic candidate, so that might have been the correct call, but still, that’s not how the rest of the world works.

Arrive too late for your plane and too bad. You lose. Catch the next flight.

File your taxes late and, sorry, but there’s a penalty. Miss the deadline for a lawsuit filing and you don’t get to go to court. Be too late getting money in the bank to cover a check and you’ll get hit with that penalty.

But mess up an election ballot. A ballot that clearly says if you mess it up it’s no good and the word “spoiled” is supposed to be written across it. And the response is: “Waaaall, let’s take a look at that ol’ ballot and see what we can do here.”

Fulton County, of course, has been a sore spot in Georgia elections. So much so that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger wants the county’s Election Director Rick Barron and its Registration Director Rick Jones fired, according to WGCL-TV in Atlanta.

And Fox’s Tucker Carlson has reported on discrepancies in Fulton County, including a lawsuit to gain access to warehoused ballots.

In all, there’s a serious issue involved. It’s more than the razor-thin margin by which Biden was reported to have taken Georgia (11,779 votes).

It’s about election integrity and the importance of each vote.

Every election year, there are those who believe they shouldn’t vote, because it doesn’t make any difference anyway.

If elections are tampered with or conducted dishonestly (or even appear to be), it gives credence to those who give up on their role of voting.

Hmmm. Maybe that’s exactly what some of our politicians want
